With this, we would like to remind you that we have sent the refund guidance through your email with the subject [Traveloka] Informasi Penting Terkait Pemesanan Anda di Waterbom PIK for your voucher on June 7th 2021.
However, we noticed that you haven’t provided us with your account details. Referring to our previous email, we will need your help to provide your bank account details to process your refund considering that you’re using Bank Transfer as your payment method. Related to this, we have sent you another email with the subject of “Submit Details for Refund (Booking ID _)” and please help to fill in the required details of your bank account on the provided form.
After you have provided your bank account information, you will receive your refund within 2-5 working days. Refund applications will be closed on July 19th, 2021 23:59 Jakarta Time. Please make sure to fill out the form before the time limit as soon as possible, as all refund applications submitted after July 19th, 2021 23:59 Jakarta Time will be no longer valid.
If you used a discount coupon when you booked the ticket, please be informed that the coupon cannot be reactivated and the amount of refund will be the same as the amount of your payment.
