Lovely place to stay with our Toddler. Great pool and BBQ area. Across the road from Pacific Fair and 2 blocks from beach and parks other direction. Cute cafés nearby. Spacious rooms with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Apartment was very dated bed uncomfortable and couch . No insect nets on windows and doors and as such got bitten by mozzies . I complained was refunded one nights accomodation but still very disappointed as first trip to Gold Coast

Room was terrible, so outdated and old. No air-conditioning in the bedroom only a fan. The curtains in the bedroom didn't even touch the floor so in the mornings was very light and bright and hot!. The step into the bath , where the shower is, is very high and definitely not suited to elderly or if u had a bad back. The kitchen is very outdated and old. The whole room needs a paint and upgrade. Construction works woke us every morning at 6.30 so it was not a restful peaceful stay at all.

Spa and sauna out of order for duration of stay. This was not communicated as an issue. When you pay good money you expect all facilities to be functioning and accessible, was looking forward to relaxing and using spa and sauna. Should be upfront that facilities are not operating prior to asking full rates. It’s just not cricket!

Central location for public transport. Tram station just across the road along with Pacific Fair Shopping Mall
Our apartment was getting a little tired and we had issues the cooking smell from the next door apartment, unfortunately there was a internal connecting door between the apartments which allowed the cooking smells into our apartment which was very strong.

Ive stayed here a few times and its been great but just a little disappointed at the noise at night from the roadworks being done my room faced it and it was really loud not allowing me to sleep but the pool and amenities for the kids was great
Would still come again without roadworks next time

Great location, 2 weeks from the ocean. Very walkable to stores, restaurants, and Woolworths.
Used the indoor pool & hot tub once- nice! I ran on the path along the ocean. My husband used the gym once, but after his run, another guest had his young children wandering around, so my husband left. The booking said hairdryers were available; however, our room did not have one. They were unsure if they would have one the next day, but they did & left it in our room. Only 1 travel-size body wash/shampoo for the two of us for our 4-day stay. Great balcony- windy!

the place is quite large for a single person but much more value for money than a regular hotel.
the bel air is also very well located within the gc being about 15 min away from surfer’s paradise and a 5 min walk away from the pacific fair mall and is even located directly opposite a tram stop and bus terminal stop: which made it easy to get around or to the brisbane gc trainline to go back and forth between the gc and brisbane.
there was some odd choices with the apartment: such has oddly placed wall sockets (you will def need an extension chord to plug items like your laptop and phone in by the table or bedside. the bathroom’s shower “door” is also weirdly position that makes it difficult to test the water temp while trying to manage the water flow and very surprisingly had no anti slip mats. kitchen is fully equipped but had no cups or plates or utensils. the position of the wifi router also made the wifi connectivity poor within the bed room. all these sound like nitpicks but they do affect the quality of the experience and to the staff’s credit they were VERY receptive to my feedback and were quick to respond by bringing me what i requested like a pair of mugs and extension chords. hopefully they address the issues i raised with then wrt to the wifi router and the bathroom for future guests but i will def try to stay at the bel air again should i return to the gc for another trip!
