엄청난 숙소였다. 가족 모두가 대만족! 또 방문하고 싶어요.

특가로 투숙했던지라 매우 만족합니다(한달전 예약 가격이면 거의 특가라 보여집니다). 기본적으로 방이 크고 전망도 좋습니다(고층,비치뷰). 저층도 나쁘지 않습니다만 아무래도 해안에서 거리가 조금 있는지라 고층이 좋습니다. 세탁기, 건조기, 식기세척기, 오븐, 냉장고, 전자렌지, 식기, 조리도구, 에어컨, TV 모두 다 있습니다. 침실에는 별도 TV 있습니다. 객실 상태 모두 양호하며 무료 주차, 무료 wifi 좋습니다. 위치도 브로드 비치에 위치하여 접근성 좋으며, 바로 앞에 대형마켓이 있어 매우 편합니다. 중요한 점은 이호텔은 아파트먼트 방식으로 운영된다는 것입니다. 뭐 골드코스트에 이런곳이 많이 있어 당연한것인지는 모르겠지만요. 호텔의 서비스를 생각하면 안됩니다. 일주일에 한번 청소되며, 일주일 이내 투숙시에는 수건/청소 모두 유료입니다. 그러나 세탁기, 청소기 있으니 별로 문제 없습니다. 참고로 리셉션이 오후 5시 정도에 닫으니 필요한 것이 있으면 그전에 요청하세요. 물론 직원들도 친절합니다.

The Bel Air are going through a change of management. There wasn't always someone to sort issues out. The reception staff were friendly, but they could not sort issues. Our issues were Ants in our cupboard. Our room had cracked and broken tiles and not enough glasses. The heated Spa was broken for 6 of the days we stayed. Many of our friends also staying during the time we were there, had worse issues. The amount of money we paid for this hotel, we regret it and wish we went to the Sofitel or something nicer. The rooms are all in various stages of either already renovated, or still original.

We would not stay here again. The spa was broken the entire week we were there. The staff told us it was fixed and it wasn’t. Our room was dusty and dirty in the bathrooms and on counter tops. We told them about the cleanliness and they didn’t come until day 6 to clean and it was just a surface clean and change of bath towels. Not good enough. The carpet was old and ripped up. Our room did not look like the photos online, nothing had been updated. The shower was over a bath, not what we were expecting. We asked to move rooms and we could not be accommodated. The staff were not helpful an other families were able to move rooms. It was expensive and we had to pay for pool towels and we were there for 11 nights. I recommend going elsewhere.

The room was good after the initial change because I did book for a superior ocean view. The staff quickly changed our room upon arrival. We have stayed here many times and enjoy the facilities and friendly staff. However, the spa was not working for the last week of our stay. You have poolside rules that weren't enforced once. Other guests as well as live in tenants complained that there were too many children yelling, playing ball games (which parents played too from one end to the other end), jumping off the small pool edge into the big pool and running everywhere! The parents were drinking alcohol poolside too. When the spa was working during our first week, I had to wait to use it due to unsupervised kids in the spa. It was ridiculous that this was allowed to happen daily. You have both pool and spa rules which parents ignore with no consideration for other guests. So, please have your staff enforce the rules for the comfort of everyone else. The other issue was the many false fire alarms. After the call to evacuate twice, we did so but there was no announcement after that to say it was a false alarm again. We would like to return next year but the poolside issues will be part of our consideration. Thank you.

We booked this property around six months in advance. Upon arrival, we found the apartment to be quite dated, with old furnishings that did not match the photos advertised online. There were also overnight roadworks directly outside the property, which had not been disclosed prior to our stay. That said, the staff were very responsive and professional. As they were fully booked and unable to relocate us, they quickly offered a refund, which we appreciated. While the accommodation itself wasn’t suitable for us, the customer service was excellent and we were able to find alternative accommodation that better met our needs.

Staff were friendly and provided a smooth check in and check out process. Great location with light rail station across the road. Easy location to walk everywhere. Room was a little dated but comfortable. Air con in the bedroom would be amazing but ceiling fan and pedestal fan worked well. Air con in living room but due to design of 1bedroom apartment didn’t reach the bedroom well. Exterior grounds and pool well looked after.

Location! Short walk to the beach, shoppingmall including groceries and lots of very good restaurants. We used the bbq at the hotel as well, very enjoyable. Nice pool and gym area. Great little breakfast/lunch/coffee cafe. Very nice and helpful host (Japanese guy). Roomy apartment with everything you need.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in a two-bedroom apartment with a beautiful ocean view. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the outlook made it even more enjoyable. The only downside was that one of the bedrooms did not have air-conditioning, which made it quite hot even with the fan on. The hotel itself has great facilities, including a nice pool and a lovely on-site coffee shop, which added to the overall experience.

Room wasnt spotless. Very dirty under the couch cushions. Not enough guest parking spaces. Too many private parking spaces. Pool was great. Staff were great

Have had 5 stays at Bel Air and love the position in Broadbeach..well appointed apartment and facilities.

Great amenties, close to everything. Second time have stayed and ended up in the same 3 bedroom apartment. In 2024 we stayed at another apartment right on the front at Broadbeach, that place was great for the fireworks on new years but nothing else. The room at the Bel Air was much better and had way more space, plenty of seating, great kitchen. We have teenage children and it was great for them to head to the shops and movies. We will be back again in 2026.
