小孩看電視不知按到什麼，退房時竟要繳澳幤約快90元，櫃檯説是看影片，覺得很無理，需要自費電視台應上鎖，顧客有需求再去櫃檯要求解鎖，不應開放讓小孩隨手可以看到，至於看什麼影片需付費，到現在我還是有疑問？我住了28天，每天小孩看電視我都在，都是看卡通而已，這家飯店有故意欺騙顧客的嫌疑，心中感覺被欺騙，以後我不會再去住了⋯⋯

Room is very clean and kitchenware is enough for cooking. We are happy to stay besides a bit noisy at night and in the early morning. We stayed at a room in the 3rd floor, which is next to the busy road, we heard sound from a truck uploading and unloading around 6 in the morning. We did not request for changing room as we have to wake up a bit early in days we stayed. If you have to concern about sound, please make note at the time of booking and check with reception at the time of check-in.

飯店大廳並無免費無線網路!! 但飯店地理位置很好，鄰近購物中心、公車站、輕軌車站，房間內的設施齊全且乾淨。 整體而言是不錯的住宿體驗~

During our 3 night stay there was major construction across the road at the Tram-Bus Interchange. The construction (Demo Saws, Jack Hammers and truck movements) usually started around 1 am in the morning, continuing through to dawn when the workmen would leave. Hence, we got very little sleep at all during our stay and Bel Air wiped there hands of it stating they get no prior advice when the local council under take work through out the night!,

The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Amenities were good. Location excellent.

Staff were friendly, lovely staff and helpful. Pools and spa area is really lovely. Great little cafe attached. Super close to Pacific Fair and bus/tram services. Our room was clean, shower area could do with an exit mould and scrub but otherwise fine. View from balcony was very average and construction across the road was noisy during the week. Good location.

Resort has great facilities, including an on-site cafe. Short walk to the beach, shopping centre, casino and the many food outlets. Room was a great size with everything you need. The only downside of the room were being close to the end and getting the early wake up of the rubbish truck collection and the bath/shower being unsuitable for anyone tall (I'm 177cm).

Sauna was nice, room was adequate but water pressure of the shower was terrible & had to only have hot water turned on with a tiny turn of cold tap otherwise your shower would be cold. The bed was only made with a sheet & thin coverlet and the coverlet had stains on it, so did pillow on bed. In addition the blanket they provided for extra warmth also had suspect stains on it. Carpet in second room was overstretched loose carpet - lifted folds. Indoor pool heating was not working. The price we paid was a little high given the issues.

Staff at reception were very helpful at both check in and check out. The 2 men doing the mid stay clean did a great job and very polite. Wonderful, modern and clean hotel and my apartment was great. Would definitely stay again

The one thing I found very disappointing was the accomodation states it has parking for guests But they only provide a few car parking spaces for Holiday Guests! There was so many” Private Empty Car Spaces” that never ever had any vehicles in them As I returned to the accommodation late ( as my husband was in hospital) All the “Guest Parking “ was full!! And I had to the. Drive around the streets looking for car parking. Probably wouldn’t recommend or stay at this accommodation

Beautiful clean room. Hotel is in a great location near restaurants and beach. Staff were friendly and pools were nice. Only complaint was main bed was a little firm for our liking.

The location of the property is good. The rooms are old and dirty.

Outdoor pool not heated which is a pity. Indoor pool warm.

Great location, friendly staff, lots of facilities on site, good view to ocean and hinterland.
