Diese Appartements sind echt toll! Das Gebäude liegt direkt am Hauptbahnhof, etwas in der Seitenstraße, deswegen auch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war genug groß, modern, die Küchenzeile mit Nötigsten ausgestattet. ich war sehr zufrieden.

The property is just a short walk from the tube station, making it easy to reach the city centre. The room was clean and well-equipped for long stays, with a stove and dishwasher adding to the convenience. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks—the phone in the room wasn’t working, and no toothbrush or toothpaste was provided. Despite these small issues, the overall experience was great for the price. Would recommend!

The hotel was very close to city transportation that mean walking distance 5 min. It was close to restaurants and shopping malls. It had super nice location. Our bed wasn’t comfortable but it’s ok.

The lady at reception was excellent. She was friendly and professional and welcoming. The facilities were in great condition, and it is in a very handy location near the Hauptbahnhof. The only real downside for a modern building was the lack of any air or ventilation control other than the window.

Only once did we see an employee sitting behind the front desk. No one was around when we needed them. If you need to check out of a hotel elsewhere in the city and then move over to Smartments, your luggage might just have to sit unattended in the lobby if you can’t reach anyone on the phone. I won’t stay here again due to the limited hours of expected front desk availability, let alone the actual nearly non-existent availability of hotel staff.

Quarto com iluminação horrível, sem ponto de luz funcional, difícil para fazer coisas básicas sem ter q abrir a cortina e ficar vendo os outros apartamentos. Cama de um lado grudada na parede, muito difícil pra um casal entrar e sair sem incomodar o outro. Travesseiros de péssima qualidade e quantidade insuficiente. Local quente, mesmo no frio e ao abrir a janela, barulho. Pontos positivos, localização boa e um bom hall de entrada. Não vale a pena a hospedagem. Tem opções de melhor qualidade.
