smartments Wien Hauptbahnhof

It was a wonderful time to stay at SMARTments Business Wien Hauptbahnhof. The place is close to the stadium and very clean. We will stay again there in the future.

This place is the perfect spot if you are traveling around Vienna. Literally on the doorstep of the central train station and next to a main underground station and tram stop. There is a Lidl and Aldi nearby so perfect if you want to grab some food in. There was a small kitchenette which included a hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, sink and dishwasher. The shower was nice and powerful so 10/10 there. The bed wasn't that comfortable but I have slept in worse beds. The only downside to the room was there was no Aircon and it got very stuffy in the room. You can open the window wide but we were on the ground floor and didn't feel safe doing so at night. The hotel also didn't offer fans. Contact with the host was quick and easy, however when I asked a question early one morning they got back to me a minute later, so I believe this was AI. There were staff on the desk but that was only for select times Monday - Friday, so we didn't speak to anyone whilst checking in or out. The room was also only cleaned once during the week we stayed there, which we didn't mind but may be a pain if staying longer than a week. Overall, I think this place was perfect for a trip to Vienna and I would stay here again.

I've stayed here many times over the years and every trip has been excellent. It's very secure, very clean, very well situated (next to the main train station and, therefore handy for buses, trains and the underground).....and all this for an extremely reasonable price. I now never think to stay anywhere else when I visit Vienna

Yes the staff assigned a quiet room , and non smoking area on ground floor for me according to my request . Thank you very much . I truly appreciate it
