We came in on a Holland America cruise. Phil met us at the door to take our luggage and was very kind and welcoming. We were very early for check in and Will at check in was so helpful in giving us great places to eat. He gave us an estimated time our room would be ready and was spot on. Again, great experience. Hotel was clean an s comfortable. Only issue was the elevators were a long wait and we used the stairs more than we would have liked. Room was very comfortable and bed was excellent. Location was perfect with lots of options for shopping and great eats.

Wonderful view from our room on the 14th floor !! Great breakfast buffet as well as a good buffet Sat Jazz night Staff very friendly and helpful and readily available Only complaint was the elevator service not adequate for a hotel this size especially with cruises in and out and flight crews. Elevators always slow and jammed

Beautiful hotel, great location and staff! Rooms are spacious and have all amenities. The only problem is that the entire time one set of elevators was not working. Hotel very busy. Elevators slow, the room key reader only on one side of elevator and did not work well. It was a disaster with so many people trying to use elevator. Hotel in desperate need of new elevators!

Check in was one the worst experiences ever- never seen a line up like this- understandable if a room is not ready by 3 pm when check in is 4 pm - did the pre check in - came back after 4 pm huge line up so decided to come back later - 5:15 pm the line was even longer- after a long travel day it took 25 minutes to get the keys- that’s a no go everything is not in a relaxed atmosphere- the staff is trying there best but if they have to handle the cruise ship passengers it’s not what you want to have as a normal hotel guest-

Service and rooms are nice however the lay out of hotel and access to car parking is quite a hassle. Even with a $50 credit, The breakfast is $44 per person, plus coffee / drinks / taxes. With credit it was still about $80 and the food way below acceptable - you’d think for those prices you wouldn’t get frozen potatoes for ex - but you do.

We spent 1 night prior to a cruise which left from the port which the hotel is part of. The convenience was great. The hotel and room were clean and inviting. The staff were all professional. There are nearby shops and restaurants. We walked to a tavern next store and enjoyed a drink and appetizer. The area was quiet and we felt safe.
