This was by far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The view from the room was absolutely unforgettable — something I’ll remember for a lifetime. Everything was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again every time I visit Vancouver. The fine dining restaurant inside the hotel was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.

We loved staying here, the convenience, service, location and amazing views are definitely worth it! For all taking a cruise, we would highly recommended staying here. Bell hops transport your luggage from your room to the ship and its just a walk down ground level floor to get to your entry points. Convenience 100%

Everything was great except half of the elevators were not working, it took quite a bit to get where we needed to when it was meal times and everyone needs an elevator at the same time. The bar was nice, service was great! Our room had a beautiful view!

High end hotel in excellent location for cruise ship access. Walking distance to Stanley Park along the harbor. Many restaurants nearby. Staff was able to get us into a room early when we returned from a cruise. Highly recommend for day before or after a cruise.

I usually love staying at the Pan Pacific but they were down two elevators and it made getting to and from your room a bit of a nightmare especially when the cruise ships were in town.

The airport shuttle was a little late, but Jay the driver apologized and got us to our hotel in no time. He was polite and explained ateas we drove through. Hotel is very nice, clean, service is fantastic.
