Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool. Parking is for smaller vehicles and pay someone other than the hotel. Walkable location and stunning view of the harbour.

Hello I would like to talk about an impotant matter and I would like to compensate for that. There was just one staff working in the reception and she was so tired after a long waiting and get our keys first there was no one to help us for the buggage and second in the room

This place is top of the line. Lots of great places to eat around and a safe feeling area. Highly recommend the float plane tour from the harbour. The only complaint would be the parking charge which I feel was a bit excessive at $75/day.

The hotel is nice but for the same price I would stay across at the faitmong. It Took 1.5 hours to check in. We were told that our room was not ready and to come back when we received a text, which was totally fine. When I came back, there was at least 60 people in line to check in or waiting for keys. I ended up phoning the hotel and I was told to “skip the line”. So I proceeded to the front and then was told I would have to line up. After almost 45 minutes they had helped maybe 4 people. I called the help line again and was told the same thing. I said there was a huge line up and that it was unacceptable to only have 3 people at reception for a huge cheerleading event. I was told it was an “expected event”. Varsity cheer is planned a full year ahead.

Bed was uncomfortable. Parking is the worst as they use a 3rd party and dont allow you to pay for your entire stay at once and give parking tickets out like candy. The elevator is also very annoying as you have to wait a long time and then you have to use a key pass that inconsistently works. I am surprised that this hotel has a 5star rating. For the price I paid for the room, definitely was not a 5star experience. This hotel is more of 3.5 star. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels.

Excellent hotel situated on the harbour with outstanding views! The room was very clean with a very comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast served in the lounge was excellent with a very good selection of foods to enjoy with the amazing harbour views.

This was to be a trip of a lifetime at a 5 star hotel which ended with us leaving feeling like we srated in a 3 star hotel. Our stay was 5 nights, room service did not touch the room for 3 days and we had to request to have someone come in twice to atleast empty garbages, give fresh towels, cups or refresh the beds. This is not the cleanliness or service expected for $400+ a night. The fridge in our room did not work which meant we could not store cold food items, the kini fridge was essentially just a warm box. The hot tub was malfunctioning, the water was scalding hot so we didnt get to experience it. The worst was our pre ordered breakfast for checkout day. I had to keep sending back my eggs because they were runny, the side was incorrect which resulted in a 1 hour wait and multiple phone calls for a correction. This service was lacking and resulted in me not having breakfast. My two family members and I wanted a wonderful breakfast together on our last morning which ended up ruined. Overall the experience which we expected to be amazing for our stay ended up being mediocre at best. If we wanted 3 star service we would have gone to a 3 star hotel. If my family ever manages to go on a vacation again it will not be at the Pan Pacific.

Fantastic hotel. Great pool and hot tub. Beautiful harbour view rooms and fantastic room service menu. Walking distance to dozens of bars and restaurants in Coal Harbour and Gas Town. Room is clean and spacious. Shower pressure wasn’t great - my only complaint. Otherwise love this hotel and truly enjoyed my stay.

Upgrading our room to the Pacific Club gave us access to the lounge where breakfast was available every morning. It was lovely offering fresh fruit, an array of cheese, and a regular breakfast with options such as Eggs Benedict, waffles, bacon, sausages and such. Throughout the day there was various snacks and pastries available with a nice selection of tea and coffee....while enjoying the view of Coal Harbour!
