The pacific club room was came with access to the pacific club room which had snacks and treats all day long. The breakfast was amazing and the view could not be beat. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The deco is dated and two of the elevators were out of service.
Room was not made up claiming we left the room late around noon.
No notice were given and we made them clean the room eventually with serious confrontations.
The duty manager was rude but I stood on the fact I will not stay in the uncleaned room.
He offered us two drinks and waited around 45 minutes.
It was indeed an unpleasant experience.
Otherwise, the staff were all nice.

This hotel is located at the port. Very easy to get from the airport to the hotel using the train and getting out at the Waterfront station. It was our first time in Vancouver and we didn't get lost.
We stayed here a couple of days before our cruise, and we discovered that the transfer to the Princess cruise was right there, on the first floor. Very nice room, clean and a wonderful view to the harbor.
