The deco is dated and two of the elevators were out of service. Room was not made up claiming we left the room late around noon. No notice were given and we made them clean the room eventually with serious confrontations. The duty manager was rude but I stood on the fact I will not stay in the uncleaned room. He offered us two drinks and waited around 45 minutes. It was indeed an unpleasant experience. Otherwise, the staff were all nice.

The location and facilities of this hotel are great. The rooms are big enough, and the large windows face to the harbor. It's so beautiful to watch the sunrise in the early morning!

Everything is fine and the scenery is beautiful.

There are have good views. We can go to shopping center and restaurant by step.

地點方便，sky train方便。周圍都有好的飯店和shopping 。房間內的茶包和咖啡不是每日有補充。房間都有好多灰塵，床單有毛髮。如果是以頂級五星的酒店而評價，就不值5星級了。

入住的時候，沒有牙刷用品、拖鞋，要叫前台送來，可能是環保的原因。地點是挺方便的，附近的餐廳也都不錯。

Nice beds and pillows, great views of harbor and beyond....we parked and never used our car for 3 days...just bikes - can go anywhere on a bike - stanley park is a must bike tour, grandville island, another must...and the entire harbor is like a breath of fresh air ....what a nice relaxed 3 day getaway

Need to get the elevators fixed and programmed for efficiency; long waits. Rooms are nice. Bed comfortable. Staff great. Elevators poor. Thank you.

Hotel is next to dock and close to Stanley Park. Room was huge with great city views. Near restaurants and plenty of Starbucks.

Beautiful hotel, great location and staff! Rooms are spacious and have all amenities. The only problem is that the entire time one set of elevators was not working. Hotel very busy. Elevators slow, the room key reader only on one side of elevator and did not work well. It was a disaster with so many people trying to use elevator. Hotel in desperate need of new elevators!

We came in on a Holland America cruise. Phil met us at the door to take our luggage and was very kind and welcoming. We were very early for check in and Will at check in was so helpful in giving us great places to eat. He gave us an estimated time our room would be ready and was spot on. Again, great experience. Hotel was clean an s comfortable. Only issue was the elevators were a long wait and we used the stairs more than we would have liked. Room was very comfortable and bed was excellent. Location was perfect with lots of options for shopping and great eats.

Check in was one the worst experiences ever- never seen a line up like this- understandable if a room is not ready by 3 pm when check in is 4 pm - did the pre check in - came back after 4 pm huge line up so decided to come back later - 5:15 pm the line was even longer- after a long travel day it took 25 minutes to get the keys- that’s a no go everything is not in a relaxed atmosphere- the staff is trying there best but if they have to handle the cruise ship passengers it’s not what you want to have as a normal hotel guest-

Check in was far from satisfactory. Waited over an hour before room was available. Pre registration was an hour earlier but then wait was almost 2 hours from then.

Comfortable, convenient to cruise port. Bag drop off to cruise port a plus. Good views.
