The deco is dated and two of the elevators were out of service.
Room was not made up claiming we left the room late around noon.
No notice were given and we made them clean the room eventually with serious confrontations.
The duty manager was rude but I stood on the fact I will not stay in the uncleaned room.
He offered us two drinks and waited around 45 minutes.
It was indeed an unpleasant experience.
Otherwise, the staff were all nice.

We enjoyed our stay but was not happy to see the price of our stay decrease by half, 1 day prior to check in. We booked in advance thinking we were getting a better deal. Probably best to book last minute to save $

The pool facilities are excellent, and we really enjoyed that aspect of our stay. However, the experience with the jacuzzi was quite frustrating. Some guests seemed to occupy it for extended periods without consideration for others waiting. We ended up waiting for more than two hours and never had the chance to use it.
It might be helpful to post a sign indicating a time limit for jacuzzi use, as many other hotels do, so that all guests have a fair opportunity to enjoy the facility.
On a positive note, the location is definitely great and very convenient. Overall, with a bit more management of shared amenities, the experience could be much better.
