The deco is dated and two of the elevators were out of service. Room was not made up claiming we left the room late around noon. No notice were given and we made them clean the room eventually with serious confrontations. The duty manager was rude but I stood on the fact I will not stay in the uncleaned room. He offered us two drinks and waited around 45 minutes. It was indeed an unpleasant experience. Otherwise, the staff were all nice.

The location and facilities of this hotel are great. The rooms are big enough, and the large windows face to the harbor. It's so beautiful to watch the sunrise in the early morning!

Everything is fine and the scenery is beautiful.

There are have good views. We can go to shopping center and restaurant by step.

地點方便，sky train方便。周圍都有好的飯店和shopping 。房間內的茶包和咖啡不是每日有補充。房間都有好多灰塵，床單有毛髮。如果是以頂級五星的酒店而評價，就不值5星級了。

入住的時候，沒有牙刷用品、拖鞋，要叫前台送來，可能是環保的原因。地點是挺方便的，附近的餐廳也都不錯。

Great hotel

Beautiful location, did not realize it is in the convention center, so access was different (different elevators for different areas) and gym and sauna are in a different area of the building, never did see them since not by the pool. Parking is for smaller vehicles and pay someone other than the hotel. Walkable location and stunning view of the harbour.

Hello I would like to talk about an impotant matter and I would like to compensate for that. There was just one staff working in the reception and she was so tired after a long waiting and get our keys first there was no one to help us for the buggage and second in the room

Simply the best!!

This place is top of the line. Lots of great places to eat around and a safe feeling area. Highly recommend the float plane tour from the harbour. The only complaint would be the parking charge which I feel was a bit excessive at $75/day.

The hotel is nice but for the same price I would stay across at the faitmong. It Took 1.5 hours to check in. We were told that our room was not ready and to come back when we received a text, which was totally fine. When I came back, there was at least 60 people in line to check in or waiting for keys. I ended up phoning the hotel and I was told to “skip the line”. So I proceeded to the front and then was told I would have to line up. After almost 45 minutes they had helped maybe 4 people. I called the help line again and was told the same thing. I said there was a huge line up and that it was unacceptable to only have 3 people at reception for a huge cheerleading event. I was told it was an “expected event”. Varsity cheer is planned a full year ahead.

Great place, great location!

Bed was uncomfortable. Parking is the worst as they use a 3rd party and dont allow you to pay for your entire stay at once and give parking tickets out like candy. The elevator is also very annoying as you have to wait a long time and then you have to use a key pass that inconsistently works. I am surprised that this hotel has a 5star rating. For the price I paid for the room, definitely was not a 5star experience. This hotel is more of 3.5 star. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels.

Gorgeous view from our room!! The Bell service was exceptional. It’sa great place to stay before or after a cruise!

Excellent hotel situated on the harbour with outstanding views! The room was very clean with a very comfy bed and a lovely bathroom. Breakfast served in the lounge was excellent with a very good selection of foods to enjoy with the amazing harbour views.
