Absolutely brilliant. We had a great stay! The amenities are all excellent and the quality of the breakfasts and evening buffets is very good.

The room was clean. We were in the annex and they should make that clear when booking.
The bathroom must have had previous flooding as the bottom of the door trim was damaged and the shower door was stained.
A weird shape room but was spacious enough.
It’s a 25min walk from old town.
The pool area is great but the flooring is worn and damaged in places, need footwear. Deck chairs could do with facing the sun more.
The access into the sea great.
Pool staff very helpful. Check in staff ok but not overly friendly or helpful.
Breakfast was great. Views lovely.

The hotel is beautiful. Our room was very nice, the area where you have breakfast for me was the high point of the day with great service and great buffet, the pool and gym are very nice, the indoor spa and pool are very nice - the bathroom off indoor pool is a bit shabby and was leaking.
The lady that organised the excursions was not great. She wanted us to go on a tuk tuk tour when there was a forecast for severe storm. Not great. I would say some staff lovely, some not as amazing as rest of Croatian hotels. The greek restaurant was lovely and service good. The bar food was good. It would be nice to have a hotel shop with affordable prices so not just designer. Overall such a lovely hotel

Fabulous hotel with the most amazing views. The room was comfortable and so lovely to have a veranda with extraordinary views. The food and drinks are expensive but nice. Service is good. Buffet breakfast is excellent. As it’s a large hotel with high turnover the room was quite dusty. Easy 20 minute walk to the Old Town.

We stood at the Rixos a year ago which made us choose it again after our visit to Montenegro. We even decided to show up a day early. Unfortunately it has changed a lot and not for the good. Even though it has always needed an updating things weren’t as bad last year. This time around things seemed like they take a lot of shor cuts on the cleaning and budget. This is suppose to be a 5 star hotel and it’s becoming a 3 star. The sheets and comforters had holes and tares. The carpets were really dirty. The hallways reeked of mold and sewer. Service definitely took a downfall. During lunch servers didn’t acknowledge us until we got their attention. Even when taking our order they wouldn’t write it down making our lunch order wrong. Breakfast isn’t the same anymore a lot of items missing from last years as well as service. Again we would hunt them down for napkins and our coffee order. The pool area needs a huge update as well as the bathrooms. It’s sad to see a hotel that used to be great take a huge downfall for the worst. I honestly don’t recommend this hotel anymore especially for the price point.

A bit outdated premium hotel close to Dubrovnik old town. Great service before & during our stay. Rooms need a renovation soon but overall a good hotel. Great breakfast and many restaurants in the hotel. Nice pool area with the possibility to dip in the sea. The pool itself isn’t that big. Great choice if you want an easy and premium hotel experience and want to spend time at pool, gym & eat in different types of restaurants without the need for going outside of the hotel property.

Property location and the faciltiies are excellent.
What I do not like is the dining options. Limited and costly choices. A certain restaurant at the facility refused to serve the food I wanted, and listed in the room service menu. With VIP access service, I would have expected to be treated accordingly. I had to argue with the restaurant host and ultimately escalate to the hotel desk manager to get the service.
