Rixos Premium Dubrovnik

Best stay in my 2.5 week balkan trip. Received room upgrade due to VIP status. The staff is highly efficient and helpful. Received walkthrough of facilities. Felt comfortable and received perfectly from the very beginning.

We had the most fantastic stay at Rixos! We came to celebrate my husbands 40th which we were welcomed with Prosecco and cake in the room to celebrate. We stayed in the Spa suite (incredible!!!) From arrival you are greeted with a glass of fizz or orange juice. The service is amazing, breakfast is so fresh and lovely. We didn’t eat at the hotel but feel it would have been great if we did. Highly recommend visiting the city walls at 5pm before they close to avoid business, and then take a cable car up to the panorama restaurant. Honestly can’t wait to come back, it’s been one of our favourite places to visit! P.s- book the sea view- you won’t be disappointed! Thank you Rixos!!!!

The room was well kept and have great view. The property upgraded us. Had comp wine multiple times. Breakfast is plentiful with many selections. Dinner buffets were plentiful as well. We love the property and will definitely come back.

From the moment we arrived, the stsff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were given a welcome drink and they speeded up access to our room, as we arrived early. The breakfast was stunning. I don't think there was anything missing with healthy options such ss a wide range of fruit, yogurt (including chai yogurt) and detox smoothies; cold meats, cheese and salmon, a wide range of salad and pickled vegetables, breads, pastries and cooked options such as omlettes, eggs benedict, a full English, home made waffles and pancakes and even sparkling wine. This, all with a stunning view of the Adriatic sea. The room was great, with a spacious, sunny balcony overlooking the sea and a very comfortable memory foam mattress. The bathroom is large but if you'd like a separate shower and bath, it is combined in this hotel. Ours was a superior double with sea view, so there may be other options. We really enjoyed the spa facilities. It had 2 saunas, a steam, turkish bath, igloo room and plunge pool of various temperatures. There are treatments too and again the staff were very friendly. We went in the off season, so the outdoor pool, seafood restaurant and beach bar weren't open. If you'd like these, go from May onwards. Overall, this was a fantastic hotel, 15 minutes walk from the old town with incredible views, wonderful, helpful, friendly stsff and excellent facilities. I would highly recommend it.

Excellent breakfast and range of items to choose from. Wonderful hotel and very hospitable staff and very easy to get into the main old town centre.

I traveled all around the world and I can confidently said this is my top 1, from the confirmation of my arrival the staff made me feel welcome and ready to host me. The checking was great, the person at the front desk actually walk with us to ensure we knew where was everything located, room service, cleaning service, and the restaurants were on point and the food variety was great and delicious. Best place!!! Thanks for making our vacation unforgettable

For a luxury hotel, there were a lot of issues. We had the towel rack come off the wall, our shower didn’t drain properly so kept flooding the toilet area, the area leading to the indoor pool was a construction zones etc. On the positive side, the location is beautiful, the staff are helpful, and the room was very comfortable.

Great 4 night stay. Lovely sea view room with private balcony. Fabulous buffet breakfast. Access down to the rocky beach and located well to reach the old town or lapad by foot.

Amazing hotel and amazing staff, great from start to finish . The old town is an easy 20 minute walk which we did every night or it’s €8 in a taxi or a bus ride which I’m insure of price . Plenty of options for breakfast with food service
