部屋は離れのような建物でしたが静かでよかったです。 朝には近くの教会の鐘が鳴りますが起きるほどの音ではありませんでした。 少し換気が弱い気がしました。（トイレの臭いが消えない） 部屋にはテーブルやデスクがなく、買ってきたものを部屋で食べるには不便です。 朝食の品揃えがよく美味しいです。野菜も多く健康的な朝食が食べられました。パンの種類も多かったです。 生ハムとスモークサーモンを野菜やパンと食べるのが美味しかったです。炒めたマッシュルームが美味しかった。 ドリンクは紅茶・コーヒー類はスタッフの方に注文するスタイルです。 テラス席もありますが、タバコ吸ってる方がいます。 なんならドア開けているので臭いが屋内にも入ってきます。 旧市街との行き来はUber利用です。 行きは近いですが、帰りはホテルの前の道が一方通行のため遠回りするので少し時間がかかります。

アドリア海目の前でロケーション最高

旧市街から少し遠いが（バスを利用すれば問題無いが）ホテルも綺麗、朝食の場所・眺めも最高。プールサイドも広く、海で泳ぐ事もできて良かった。

スタッフはみな暖かくフレンドリーで最高の滞在になりました！設備も充実しておりとても良かったです。特にビーチとアンジャナスパがお気に入りでした。またドブロブニクを訪れた際には泊まりたいです！

目の前にアドリア海が広がり ホテルステイが楽しめます。 朝食ブッフェは種類も豊富で、シャンパンも飲めて最高です！

There was a serious problem with bathtub. As some people write, the fashion is outdated and the construction is very, very terrible. The floor of bathroom easily gets wet, because the glass door is too small, the width is about one third of the bathtub. This is ridiculous. The front staffs were very lazy and didn’t do what I asked them. I had to ask twice at least and waited for 30 minutes. This was the first experience for me during the stay at such “prestigious” hotel. We had a dinner at teppanyaki restaurant. The front staff told me that the chef was a Japanese. BUT IT WAS NOT TRUE, they told a lie. The chef was non Japanese and he cooked teppanyaki in his own way. He has never been to Japan and doesn’t know the genuine Japanese taste. Although the meal tasted not bad, and the chef was friendly, I have to say it is not worth 750 kunas. In short, our stay was so uncomfortable and we think it’s waste of time and money to stay at this hotel.

Amazing breakfast, and facilities and great location for Old Town. Only downfall was food and drink at hotel was very expensive.

The staff were famous. Very warm, friendly and helpful. They really made our stay special. The restaurants within the hotel are outstanding. The upkeep of the building probably needs some renovation but other than that, it’s a fantastic place to stay in Dubrovnik! HIGHLY recommended.

What an excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. Property is gorgeous ,on the Adriatic . A 1 min walk from the searing area and you’re in the seas cooling off .Staff was excellent. Great massages. The Greek restaurant is excellent. The calamari’s is the best! Breakfast is great. Overall an amazing stay!

The breakfast food variety was very good. The staff working the breakfast service were superb. Pratap in the Teppanyaki was a fabulous cook and entertaining. Staff were generally good with one exception. Prices for food drink was a bit too high Gave feedback at reception that the quality of the take away breakfast was poor and this was not listened to and the same horrible sandwiches were provided the next day. The croissants were available very early and could have been put in the take away meal. If a guest gives feedback please act on it and act like a 5 star hotel and provide the high level of service. Some of the liquid soap shower gel bottles don’t work and need to be checked daily.

The best part about the hotel is the location and views. The staff were friendly and there’s plenty to do in the hotel. The downsides were the prices they charge for food and drink. Very expensive, even for Dubrovnik. It’s all people talk about in the hotel. It’s better quality and value to eat and drink at the nearby restaurants. The worst part is the condition of the rooms. They’re like a 1990’s Travel Lodge but with a small balcony and view. The bathrooms are particularly bad with no door or privacy. It’s a shower within the bath which is horrible to use and it’s impossible not to soak the floor whilst having a shower. It’s like having a bath and shower at the same time as the bath drains so slowly. Difficult to get out of as well. There’s little to no room in the fridge but it doesn’t really matter as the coldest the fridge goes to is room temperature. The sun loungers are bunched together and it’s uncomfortable that people are so close to you and all around you. There’s not enough room to spin loungers to face the sun throughout the day. They are comfortable, however.
