Absolutely stunning hotel, fabulous staff they were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Stunning views from our room! Amazing breakfast, something for everyone! The sushi bar was amazing! We will definitely be staying there again 😊

Beautiful hotel with fabulous amenities. Within walking distance of the old town

3rd Rixos hotel we have stayed in, would be nice if that had been acknowledged and possible upgrade etc. However won’t be the last Rixos we stay in as , you know what to expect and certainly aren’t disappointed

On the outside the hotel is lovely and the hotel lobby and bars are in a well kept order. However, the rooms are looking worse for wear. The wood is damaged all around the room. The bathrooms are very tired and the walls have mutliple pacthes where they have been repaired. I do not think it is worth the money. Hotel staff left outdoor chairs outside our room for 2 days which was unsightly. Also, there was no mention of the building works going on at the hotel by the beach, so we could not enjoy being outsude which ruined the whole experience.

Noisy work near pool area and Wi-Fi not great. Food and public areas were Very nice though

Breakfast was awesome, lots of variety. Spa was a great experience. Hotel is looking a bit dated despite renovations. Customer service could improve during breakfast. I would routinely see a waiter pick up one plate from one table at a time instead of multiple. And quite a few dirty tables that were not cleaned for guests. Had to flag down waiters for drinks. More smiles would be nicer!

Great hotel however they have ongoing works to upgrade parts of the hotel as such the outdoor facilities weren’t fully functional and if they were it was noisy so unable to relax Besides this the property can not be faulted and nor can the staff and service Would have given 5 stars all round had it not been for the ongoing works

The breakfast was the best thing about this property. But the grout was peeling in the shower area, our room was essentially in a basement (that had cushions stacked up everywhere and smelled old) and the balcony had seen better days and needs to be updated. The room is spacious but you can hear everything happening in the hallway - lots of kids yelling. I would try to stay somewhere else for my next visit, I expected more for the number one rated hotel in Dubrovnik.

We weren’t given the complimentary wine as promoted when booking. The rooms we were given were dated and the bath tub plug didn’t even shut properly. There was a wet patch outside one of the rooms leaving a very bad smell which wasn’t very nice for our children. There was building works continuously happening which made lots of noise affecting the babies sleep pattern. The pool water was cold so the babies could not enjoy themselves.

It was elite. This is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and stunning views. Prime diddy would have loved it.

Hotel was lovely and staff were very friendly and hospitable.

I am a wheelchair user. They had a ramp out front that they constantly blocked off with cars and I had to wait for it to be cleared every time I needed it. I asked for and received an accessible room. The toilet was extremely low to the ground and the handicap bar was too far away from the toilet to use. Each time I took a shower the water overflowed into the room. You also couldn’t access the spa or pool area as they had a ramp that was too steep an incline. I went only a couple of times and had to have people inch me down the ramp. Accessibility wasn’t great BUT it was probably better than other places. They had wide elevators and tile floors everywhere. In a pretty inaccessible city it was more than I expected. The only huge issue was the room flooding which I addressed but they didn’t respond. Everything else seemed good. Views were amazing, drinks and food were extremely overpriced but pretty tasty. Staff was incredibly friendly. They were doing a ton of construction when we were there so the jack hammer sounds during our massage wasn’t appreciated. Our beds were very comfortable, some of the best on our trip. Warning if you are smell sensitive be careful as the entire hotel smells very perfumy. The area was great, very close to Old Town but as a WC user inaccessible to walk. It costs 8 euros each way on an Uber and there are plenty of Ubers. I also loved going in off season because it was peaceful and uncrowded.

This is the off season in early march so they are still preparing the property for summer so the out door pool was closed but witch dose not mater because it’s cold out side. But the breakfast buffet is excellent and the staff are very helpful and professional. Overall a great stay I would love to stay here in the summer some time

Good location and walkable to old town. Beautiful ocean view, it’s really nice. Also hotel prepared the birthday cake for my husband. We appreciate that. We would like to come again.

The hotel's breakfast was quite good, and the service was pleasant. However, the hot water in the shower fluctuated between hot and cold, and the water pressure was relatively low. The pillows could also use some improvement. Last year, when my family visited, we received a small gift upon leaving the hotel. This year, I came with my child but did not receive one, which was a bit disappointing.

Allways like coming to Rixos Dubrovnik (usually once a year for last 5-6 years). Like Turkish hospitability as further you go East more hospitable cultures... While subjectively I love the place and it is still my favorite Spa in Dalmacia, objectively there are some things that bit degraded with time. Food, I guess the global situation with the cost of food reflects on current offer, the variability of current offer is much less compared with previous years. There were 3 instances of false fire alarm within 24 hours Parking is additional fee (in contrast to previous years). Anyway, all in all would recommend.

Great hotel gas everything you need.

A perfect luxurious hotel in great location. The minute we walked in we were wowed by the ascetic of the hotel, from the fully grown trees in the foyer with glass roof above to the stunning seaview visible from the cocktail bar, restaurants, pool and rooms. The rooms were really comfortable, the food and drinks were delicious, and the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. A short walk from old town along a scenic coastal path, this make a great place to relax and enjoy the tourist spots too.
