The hotel is centrally located, great for the main train station, it's modern and clean. Big shower enclosure in the bathroom. Location of available plug sockets is strange especially if you want to use the tea making facilities provided. In general, Ibis beds can be a bit on the firm side.

Great option for visiting Coventry at a reasonable price. 10 minutes on safe footpaths to the centre. Plenty of parking on site at a low overnight rate.

Pleasantly surprised for a very reasonable price. Rooms very clean bed comfortable very quiet no traffic noise staff very friendly. Perhaps for me personally not much around the hotel for eating purposes and the hotels menu limited. Breakfast adequate but had better. But if your looking for a cheaper option this us the perfect choice. Great vskue for money

It’s a very noisy hotel. If you value your sleep I wouldn’t recommend staying here. You can hear everything going on in the hallway and outside. There was a group of teenagers rowing in the car park gone midnight. This went on for about an hour.

The accommodation is basic, but clean and the staff are friendly. Alexa was great at check in.

Verblijf in Ibis Hotel (8-10 oktober 2025) Ik verbleef van 8 tot 10 oktober 2025 in het Ibis Hotel en had een twin bed kamer op de begane grond. Over het algemeen was mijn verblijf erg prettig. De service was uitstekend: ik kon zelfs al eerder inchecken dan de officiële tijd, wat ik als een zeer positieve ervaring beschouw. De kamer was schoon en het bed was comfortabel. De enige kleine opmerking die ik heb, is dat de douche ruimte er wat ‘plastic’ uitziet en wel een opknapbeurt kan gebruiken. Dit was echter geen groot probleem en de rest van de kamer was prima in orde. Wat voor mij wel een punt van kritiek is, is de prijs. Voor twee nachten met ontbijt betaalde ik €308, wat ik aan de hoge kant vond. Het ontbijt zelf was goed en voldoende, maar op een bepaald moment was er weinig plaats en moest ik bij iemand anders aan tafel zitten. Dit was niet ideaal, maar het ontbijt was verder prima. Al met al was het een goed hotel met een fijne locatie dicht bij het station en het centrum. De prijs voor het verblijf vond ik wel wat aan de hoge kant, maar de kwaliteit van de service en de accommodatie compenseerde dit deels.

Nothing was too much when asking for assistance

Shampoo for hand soap, no pillow slips for spare pillows, pillows like concrete, bathroom like an aeroplane toilet. Requests for hand soap and pillow slips were ignored until we went down to the desk staff. A very bleak lobby.

Location is ok, parking available, but no mention in the description that this is an additional cost

All good and comfy but a couple of minor maintenance issues. Aircon was unreliable and difficult to use. Toilet flush often ran for ten minutes and the fresh water in the bathroom had a bad smell
