Great stay, we were attending a wedding so only a brief stay but good clean room and comfortable bed, breakfast was busy but staff coped well and were constantly replacing items on the cooked breakfast buffet. Great value for money and excellent stay.

Lovely stay at the ibis coventry . The staff were friendly and very helpful.
Comfortable beds and in a good location not too far to go to the centre and in a distance enough to ensure a quiet nights rest .

Almost faultless stay. Nice staff, comfy bed, powerful shower.
Only fault really was the lift was out of order, which meant I had to walk up stairs to 2nd floor. When I told staff I have mobility issues, there was no offer of a lower floor room, was just offered help up the stairs with my luggage!

There were ants in the hallway in front of our room door. Each time we left the room, the key cards automatically deactivated so we had to go back and forth to reception to get them re activated at lest twice a day throughout our stay.
When running the bathroom tap it smelt like sewage, as well as there being swelling and cracks in the ceiling. Both myself and my partner have now come home with sort throats , blotchy skin and itchy eyes , no doubt from the condition the room was kept in.

Okay overall. Maybe a bit overpriced for the experience. Hotel is overcrowded with events happening there so it did not feel like a relaxing experience. WiFi wasn’t working till night time. Rooms are clean and tidy. The leisure facilities were good and kept clean. Parking is free which is good.

The room was quiet, clean and easy to find. There's a lovely big shower, and the bed is really comfortable.
I tried to alter the aircon, which turned it off, but a member of staff came up and immediately helped me sort it out.
Before I arrived, I had to add an extra night to my stay. They helped me find the cheapest option, and even made notes on my original booking so that I could stay in the same room for the extra night. Really lovely people and a nice hotel.

Wonderful room with comfortable bed. Unique in the round shower room with in the round shower. Quiet location with some traffic but pedestrian subway underpasses made it an essy walk to the city centre. Did not feel unsafe. We will use this hotel again on visits.
