訳あって途中で部屋をかわりましたが、最初に入った1階の部屋はちょっとヘンな臭いがしました。次の3階の部屋は、窓の外の景色も開けていて良かったです。バスルームなど、やや掃除が甘いなと思うところがありました。 駅にも街の中心にも近く、ホテルの建物自体も歴史的な建物のようだし、値段のわりにはとても良い宿であると思います。

サービス、快適性は値段相応。駅、町中から近くて便利。

ロビーは昭和感あふれた、ちょっと時代を感じさせますが、室内はリノベーションされて、清潔です。

スタッフは皆親切で熱心です。ただ、スタッフの人数が少ないので、食事時やチェックイン、アウトがたて込む時間は待たされます。でも、キビキビ対応している姿は好感が持て、待たされてもそれほど嫌な感じは持ちません。 4連泊でしたが、ベッドメイクは形はきれいに整えていますが、シーツ、カバーの交換はされませんでした。掃除機もかけてません。バスタオルも3日目に交換してくれるまで、交換がありませんでした。

とてもシンプルな部屋ですが、清潔で快適でした。朝食もミニバイキング形式ですが、おいしかったです。スタッフもフレンドリーでした。駅からタクシーに乗ると大回りしないといけないので、慣れたら歩く方が簡単です。タウンセンターのショッピングモールも歩いて行けますので、また利用したいです。シャワールームにはシャンプーリンス一体のものがありますが、洗顔用には石けんがほしいです。また、ドライヤーも見当たりませんでした。WiFiは以前と違って、無料になっていてありがたかった。

比較的安いお値段を考えれば過ごしやすいホテルでした。設備が古い、wifiが有料、というのはマイナスですが、メンテナンスは行き届いている印象でした。地図上では駅に近く見えます、徒歩5～10分ほどかかり、また、初めて行くには非常にわかりづらい場所にありますので最初はタクシーを利用するのが賢明かと思います（1メーターくらいで行けます）City Centerまで行けば色々なお店がありますが、ホテルの周りにはあまりレストランはありませんでした。

Good location from Coventry Railway station. You can walk to the station easily. Taxi may take longer because you must go around in the driveway. Staff are very kind and friendly. Rooms are simple, but clean and large enough. Very reasonable rate. Breakfast is OK with self-service buffet. One morning, they ran out of juice early in the morning, cutlery and bowls were not available unless requested. Maybe they are understaffed.

Room was tired and needed a refresh. It was clean though and staff were helpful.

The disabled access bathroom in one of the rooms was filthy. The water would flood out in the wash room . The door had water damage . The shower handle was broken the pressure off and the heat seating precarious at best! The room was absolutely freezing when I entered and took forever to heat up I had to ask for extra blankets . The staff at reception where very helpful.

Title: Unbearably Hot Room, No Ventilation, Poor Response from Staff I stayed at Ibis Coventry Centre for one night and had a very poor experience. The air-conditioning unit in my room was malfunctioning and continuously blew out hot air, making the room unbearably hot throughout the night. Sleeping was almost impossible, and at times it felt stifling, as though there was very little air in the room. The situation was made worse by the fact that the window did not open fully and allowed hardly any fresh air into the room, so there was no way to ventilate or cool the room properly. I went to reception during the night after stepping outside for fresh air and asked two members of staff if a fan could be provided. They said they would arrange this, but nothing was ever brought to the room, leaving me to endure the extreme heat for the rest of the night. In addition to this, the curtains in the room were damaged, with visible holes that appeared to be cigarette burns. This gave a very poor impression of the room’s cleanliness and maintenance. I briefly raised these issues at check-out, but I was in a rush to catch a train and couldn’t explain the full extent at the time. Overall, this stay was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Room was perfectly clean, nice bed, and friendly staff

Room was clean and tidy, plenty of room in car park and £6 for the night was good value. Didn't have breakfast. Just used the hotel as a place to sleep as I stayed in Coventry as I was going to a concert in Birmingham. I would use again as my daughter goes to Coventry University.

I haven’t eaten breakfast yet, but the food looks good. The staff is very work hard and keep the restaurant so clean .

Average everything apart from the staff who were great

Didn't like the prefrab toilet and shower although the shower had great pressure then toilet was smelly and backed up waste. Staff were lovely Sausage could do with improving and cooking a bit longer Didn't really use any other facilities

Really great stay. Room was functional. 24 hour bar service with nice atmosphere when we used in the evening. Relaxed breakfast. Plentiful and reasonable priced parking
