하루 숙박했는데 잠만 자고 씻기에는 괜찮아요.

깔끔했어요ㅡ 근데 제이름으로 다른 분이 체크인을 하셔서 새벽에 도착해서 당황했었습니다. 그래도 직원분께서 친절히 확인해주시고 처리해주셔서 좋았어요! 위치도 좋고 깔끔한 호텔이였습니다. 가격만큼이예요!

온수 샤워와 온풍기가 있어서 겨울에 따뜻했습니다.

Warm welcome on arrival , room as expected for the price , only problem was the bed bugs

Clean and convenient to the city centre. Car parking should be free as it was under used. Can get noisy at night if people are smoking outside

Lovely stay at the ibis coventry . The staff were friendly and very helpful. Comfortable beds and in a good location not too far to go to the centre and in a distance enough to ensure a quiet nights rest . Would recommend.

Great stay, extremely helpful staff, only complaint was the air conditioning in the room wasnt up to the job with the heat wave we had so last night was uncomfortable. Otherwise an enjoyable stay, would book again.

Expected more from a branded hotel.

Breakfast was not great, and there wasn't enough seating for everyone.

Nelson is an asset to the team! Very welcoming and helped us switch to a double room due to us mistakenly booking a twin. Very polite and helpful

Almost faultless stay. Nice staff, comfy bed, powerful shower. Only fault really was the lift was out of order, which meant I had to walk up stairs to 2nd floor. When I told staff I have mobility issues, there was no offer of a lower floor room, was just offered help up the stairs with my luggage!

There were ants in the hallway in front of our room door. Each time we left the room, the key cards automatically deactivated so we had to go back and forth to reception to get them re activated at lest twice a day throughout our stay. When running the bathroom tap it smelt like sewage, as well as there being swelling and cracks in the ceiling. Both myself and my partner have now come home with sort throats , blotchy skin and itchy eyes , no doubt from the condition the room was kept in.

Okay overall. Maybe a bit overpriced for the experience. Hotel is overcrowded with events happening there so it did not feel like a relaxing experience. WiFi wasn’t working till night time. Rooms are clean and tidy. The leisure facilities were good and kept clean. Parking is free which is good.

Kamer was redelijk netjes, ruimte was goed voor 2 personen. Helaas geen kleine koelkast en de tv werkte maar redelijk op 2 a 3 kanalen. Puur voor nachtrust een goede locatie.

We were only stayed one night luckily.

Great stay, we were attending a wedding so only a brief stay but good clean room and comfortable bed, breakfast was busy but staff coped well and were constantly replacing items on the cooked breakfast buffet. Great value for money and excellent stay.

I was in town for the Motofest festival and needed a decent place to stay close to city centre with safe parking. This hotel fulfilled these requirements. Easy and central, with an ok breakfast buffet. Only negative was a very slow Wifi and a non functioning AC. I was offered another room, but accepted the fault as window could be opened towards a quiet area from the second floor.
