We had a short break in London for 3 days This establishment is not the ritz and its not advertised as such but what it is, is great value for money. Personal care and service was excellent. Building is a work in progress, the room and shower was spotless. We had a problem with the tv reception but this was sorted promptly. Transport links are excellent with bus stops a few metres from the door and tube stations within 10 mins walk or 5 min bus ride. Would highly recommend a visit

The room was hot and the check in process was more difficult than it needed to be. The check in is done online via whatsapp and our code for our room did not work, so they had to remotely unlock our room after we massaged them on whatsapp. nobody actually works at the hotel property, and the front door was always open which felt unsafe. the room was so hot, and the remote for the fan and light wasn’t working so we couldn’t turn it on. we eventually figured out that the batteries were in upside down, but the remote had no batteries at all. We had to switch the batteries back and forth to use the remote and fan, and they did not bring replacement batteries. they also required a security deposit that was more then double the price of the room, but we got it back after the trip.

The room was low cost, but you can see why, it needs some maintenance. I knew this in advance as I have stated before, but have been ok with the trade off. My issue this time is that there were bed bugs in the room. I have come away covered in bites and could see tell tale black spots on the bed sheets this morning. I am now having to ensure that I don’t take any home.

Location was decent. Good distance to Underground and airport.
The room wasn’t at all like shown on the pictures for 3 people. It was way smaller. We could barely open the window to get in same air, as the room was hotter than the temp outside. The beds were mid at best.
When we got there there was only a small roll of toilet paper and no staff to ask for more.
Good for one of two nights but not an entire week.

Beliggenheten er helt topp!
Standarden på rommet var helt på bånn.
Opplevde likevel å få svar og tilbakemelding når vi kontaktet help desk. Veit noen har rapportert problem med dette.
Rommet blei jo vasket, og det virket i alle fall reint, men veldig skuffende opplevelse totalt sett. Ville ikke anbefalt noen å bo der.

Avoid at all costs, the room smelt of sewage literally. It looked nothing like the pictures. I had to leave early as I was worried I'd smell for my meetings due to the room odor.
This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and the ownership tried lying in order to not give a refund. Luckily I had everything in writing.

We left 24 hours early when spiders started to crawl out the bed
There were ants and an ants nest in the place.
We had a broken fan - which we finally managed to mend but was so weak it was ineffective, in the heat. We notified the staff via the website daily.
I made a phone call prior to arrival asking if there was air conditioning and was assured there was, or we would not have booked - when we arrived there was none
I requested an additional fan prior to arrival, and was assured every day there would be one, but there never was.
I called prior to arrival asking for extra bedding for the sofa and was assured it would be there, but it never appeared.
A dirty sponge was left in the kitchen for us to move and cigarettes right outside our window.
There was no toilet roll in the place. We had to hunt for a shop on arrival to buy some.
WE LEFT 24 HOURS early as the situation was unbearable. Our stay in London was completely ruined.
I am requesting compensation and a refund

Be fully informed that this is a self check-in hotel. There is no staff member there. You need a code to get into the hotel and the room, but they won't give it to you right away and they were slow to respond to my inquiry, and it is not clear how to talk to them, since the company name is different from the hotel name. You need to send a photo of your ID and pay a 100 pound safety deposit above the cost of the hotel to receive your codes. There are two buildings, 43 and 45, so you need to be sure you're in the right building. There is no elevator. We were on the 3rd floor and there is no air conditioning so it was blazing hot. It didn't look like the carpet had been vacuumed in quite some time. The rooms are slightly larger than a closet. It was, let's say, an ordeal.

Awful. GDPR breached at check in. Waited 40 mins to check in. Room was so dirty we didn’t end up staying and booked somewhere else. Requested a full refund. Still waiting on the hotels response on that front. Expedia have not been helpful whatsoever regarding any of this matter.

We took a chance on this hotel despite negative reviews. That was a mistake.
As we were flying to the hotel we landed with 3 hours to check in and received a critical email saying that our room would not be availble because of gas leakage. We were initially offered 2 rooms (in the same hotel that were “perfectly safe” but could have our booking due to damage but that quickly changed to a 4 person room for our group of five adults. With less than 1.5hrs to check in we agreed to the alternate room. As we inquired about credit for the room price different we were told that because we agreed to the different room we would not be entitled to a credit.
Luckily we received the correct codes to enter our room but it was in a state of disrepair. There is a sign asking for the shower to be closed during use but it is physically impossible to close. The toilet seat is barely hanging on and needs to be positioned before and after use. There is a clothes cabinet that could aptly be named the leaning tower of Pisa
The fire alarm went off during our second evening there. The alarm sounded for at least 30 minutes and the guests assembled outside. No ems showed up although the fire department and the police department are conveniently located 500m down the round.
As we met the other guests at least three of them were stranded outside during their check ins because they were given incorrect information. I suggest anyone considering this hotel to read the reviews and beware

The room was basic and clean except for a suspicious looking something stuck to wall by my bed. Possibly a large snot ball which surely could not have been missed by the person who made the bed. Tea and coffee facilities were supposed to be available. I had 2 mugs and 3 tea bags. No coffee,milk or sugar and no staff on site. Bang went my early morning cuppa. Didn’t appear to be any smoke detectors in the corridors or fire evacuation instructions, luckily I made it through the night. Did have a lovely what’s app message at 12.30 post midnight to ask if I was enjoying my stay though. Avoid this hotel if you value your life. It’s the worst budget hotel I’ve ever used. How a remote reception with no staff on site is supposed to work if you need something beats me. Thanks for nothing Hotel Orlando.

No staff on arrival. Had to call the organisation to get the door codes. The door code for our room didnt work. However, somebody walked up in front us to our room, and helped us gain entry. I presume he was an employee, however he didnt introduce himself. They also sent an email with confirmation of the codes the following day! Once inside the room we noticed that there was a kettle, 1 mug and no milk, tea or coffee. No one to talk to so we had to get our own. The shower looked newish, however, there was no bracket to stow the shower. We were there 4 nights and no one cleaned the room or changed the lbed sheets.
