My only issue is that the rooms were a little stuffy, I don’t think the air conditioning made a scrap off difference. The breakfast area was uncomfortably warm and made eating breakfast less pleasurable than it should have been. Great friendly staff though. I would stay again.

We had an amazing stay, we were upgraded at check in which was lovely and enjoyed the breakfast with a fantastic view of the 02! Highly recommend!

Spotless room, plentiful breakfast, friendly helpful staff. We hadn't expected a jacuzzi and sauna in our room (we were celebrating a special occasion so had splashed out on a suite)! Great location, good food in the Sundeck Bar, huge comfy bed

Had a wonderful night and wife was very happy as it was her birthday. Room was clean and beautiful. Their breakfast was perfect but their restaurant did not have enough on their menu for dinner and was a bit disappointed

Staff very polite and professional. We did have a few issues with the room . Fridge door did not shut - Did report and was fixed . Room was too hot though Coffee machine leaked water !

Welcome was good no waiting greeted friendly and professionally by Lucas who was efficient and helpful. The team was generally helpful. Room clean/tidy. View was good and balcony added a bit extra to my stay. Highly recommend. Only issue is key card kept not working and had to be reset at front desk 3 times. Otherwise a fantastic stay. Thank you.
