Nice staff, delicious breakfast. All is good if you can accept no parking space available there.

Room service is amazing arrives really quickly, everything looks the same as online. Friendly staff.

The bathroom wasnt clean enough. The bedhseets were not clean and the kids bed was extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast - Despite of long queues,when you reach the food it was over and they you have to queue again.

Exactly what we expected, great hotel

Constant banging in room 1002 all night, something banging against the side of the boat. Couldn’t sleep.

Everyone was so nice, it was our first time at sunborn . We were overwhelmed at first by it all but the staff were very helpful and put us all at ease.

This was our 3rd stay here and won’t lie a little disappointed on this occasion. Booked 2 rooms for 2 nights as our daughter was getting married in London. Rooms were at the front of the boat which are way much smaller than those in the middle and also have polished wooden floors rather than carpet, our sons room also had the used water containers still inside his fridge and had not been replaced . Not one for complaining so didn’t want to ask to be moved as you could see the hotel was very busy,

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Staff so friendly, helpful and welcoming. Room immaculate and clean. Highly highly recommend

Haven’t stayed at the location in over 6 years and after my return I may leave it another 6… price point is good but the food and general hotel stay is poor

Extremely so on both counts. I can't remember his name but the guy on reception was such a nice and funny character it started our weekend of in the best way.

This was an absolutely lovely, exceptional experience from the room, which was comfortable and spacious, to the staff who were all welcoming, friendly, and professional. Both my husband and I were impressed by the ambience, decor, and cleanliness. We'll be back. We enjoyed every part of our stay. Oh, and the area is incredibly rich, diverse and lively. Can't wait to come back.
