Very comfortable bed in a good sized room.

Room was lovely, however, constant humming noise was annoying and bar and restaurant were too hot, with no natural ventilation so uncomfortably when eating, also unable to go on outside areas of yacht for reasons unknown????

Bed wasn’t good both had back ache in bathroom hand wash dispenser was 2 low from fitting very difficult to get handwashing out from dispenser. Heating was awful and summer duvet 🙈. I had high expectations after reviews but unfortunately hotel wasn’t up to the mark I won’t stay there again neither would recommend to any family or friends

Our room was without doubt serviced to a very high standard. The staff on arrival were both courteous and friendly.

The staff were very welcoming and polite. The room was very clean and tidy ( spotless). The evening meals were delicious. Full English breakfast was a great way to start your day.

Room was good. Reception not very helpful. Only 1bathand hand towel which i fidnt notice until i got out of the shower. Tv didn't work. When i mentioned it on check out the response wasnt very helpful. Staff need more training and understanding of English. Apart from that tje room was great and couldn't fault yhe breakfast.

Sunborn London offers a truly distinctive experience as a luxury yacht hotel. The location is excellent, with stunning views over the Royal Victoria Dock and easy access to the DLR for getting around the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, giving a sense of elegance and comfort. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was varied and tasty, though the dining area can get busy during peak times. had to line up for food that was at 8 am when they open for breakfast One small drawback was that some areas of the ship could use a little refresh, but overall, the ambience and uniqueness more than make up for it. If you’re looking for something different from a standard hotel, Sunborn London is a great choice. I’d happily return.

We booked for my birthday in January. Arrived late evening. Lovely lady on reception very friendly and polite. Our double room had a window with river view. It was very clean and spacious with sofa, tv, tea and coffee facilities, Coffee machine and 2 bottles of water. A lovely card with a birthday message and box of chocolates on the table. The ensuite bathroom was spacious too. Had a drink in their bar area. Views of 02 from the deck is lovely. We had breakfast included which was very nice, good variety of hot and cold food and drinks. All staff are all very polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again.

Was lovely , didn’t like the fact no windows in the room got too hot had to use air con which I don’t like Rooms pretty basic mattress was a mattress topper

Nice spacious room and very comfortable bed. Great breakfast - lots of choice and healthy options too. Particularly liked option to have mackerel and salmon. Slightly limited selection of toiletries compared to other 4 star hotels. Missed having dressing gowns. Carpets in corridors and rooms were a bit tired looking.

The whole experience was fantastic. Clean, friendly staff and a great breakfast. The room was massive and ver well presented. A lovely big bathroom too.

A great stay at the Sunborn. Room was great and comfortable and very very clean. The coffee maker in room was very good too. Staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good too and Vegetarian sausages available on request too. I wouldn't bother with the bar as the lager was weak / not the best of taste (unbranded) and the wine ( pinot grigio ) was quite sharp.
