Had an amazing time on the Sunborn yacht
The room was spotless and we were in the river side so lovely view.
The bar area was lovely, breakfast was very good. (In the warmer weather be lovely to sit longer on the outside bar deck )
Staff welcoming and very near to Custom House tube station.
We also got the cable car from North Greenwich which was well worth it

Second stay on Sunborn. Love the quirkiness of being on a superyacht. The staff are excellent and we were delighted that all three rooms got upgraded.
It would be nice to have access to a few more of the decks.
Lots of choice of bars and eateries around the dock.

This hotel is obviously targetted at tourists.
The consideration for repeat business is low.
Food looked lovely but the chicken was overcooked and the cod should have been thrown away rather than cooked.
Disappointed overall
A 500 pound evening and stay that was not worth half that value.
Stay away if you want more than a sleep in the river Thames

The concept and design of the boat were great. However the elevator service was highly problematic. During our 3 night stay one of the two elevators was out of order the entire time. On one day, for several hours, the other elevator was out of order. During that several hour period guests had to walk up or down 3 or 4 flights of stairs. Surprisingly at reception, as people were checking out with suitcases, no offer was made to carry down luggage for guests. The food at breakfast was not warm enough. The lids to pots were heavy and there was no place to rest the lids while scooping out food. Food quality was fair.

Stayed just for one night as part of a birthday trip for my daughter. Wanted to stay somewhere a little more interesting than the usual chain hotels and this absolutely fitted the bill. Spacious room, comfortable beds and no noise from other rooms. Breakfast buffet was very good with lovely views across the dock towards the O2. Would definitely stay here again.

On arrival we were greeted by the lovely staff who directed us to our room,which was absolutely lovely. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. It was such a lovely day we headed out to Sundowner bar where we ordered food and drinks. The staff were attentive and the pizzas were so good. I hadnt realised that one set of towels was inside the wardrobe

Great location, stones throw from the tube! Super friendly and helpful staff.
Room was sufficiently clean! The breakfast was always well stocked with plenty of options, very pleasant and with a view!
The only negative would be the noise at night, it was gone 11.30pm and there was music playing somewhere, we think it was from the event happening on the boat but can’t say for sure.
Overall a great visit and stay, thank you!
