Exelent experience loved every minute Even got an upgrade when we got there

We had a fabulous overnight stay to celebrate my husband's birthday. The room was spotless, food delicious, and the staff were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay

Clean beautiful river view room. Staff were amazing, food delicious, location perfect.

Lovely spacious room, so comfortable and clean.

Everything staff and accommodation was excellent . The breakfast wasn’t very hot and the service inputs was faffy and noisy for other guests . The other guests agreed a hot plate would have been much better than ceramic clinking pots with lids that everyone kept banging throughout breakfast . Other than that it was as brilliant. The staff were so friendly from check-in to cleaners to vet staff and waiters . One waitress was a bit dizzy and left a tray on our table whilst we were getting an update on our coffee and didn’t clean the table next to us very well . I am a caterer and have high waitressing standards but she did do her job with a smile on a Saturday morning .

Common areas are lovely, rooms are great apart from the temperature. We had the fan going all night and the room got no colder. It was 27° in the room. We had to resort to opening the door, which was quite loud being on the City airport flight path

Everything good and great sized room . Staff lovely Breakfast disappointing but adequate

Only issue was accessing lift to and from reception. 1 lift out of service and only way of exiting hotel was by lift which was very busy at times.

The Sunborn was not only value for money with the breakfast being included in the price but the venue was really beautiful. The view from the restaurant was spectacular as we watched the sun set over the city scape which then turned into the night time lights. The manager treated us so well and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The roast dinner was delicious and they treated us to special anniversary chocolates. The venue is near the cable car which is then ten minutes from the O2 where we went shopping quickly in the morning before checkout! All in all a fantastic experience.

From start to finish the experience at the Sunborn was nothing but sublime. A stunning yacht, gorgeous room with all the stylish interior. It was a celebration for my partners 50th, so paid for the Birthday package where he walked into Balloons everywhere, including big 50th Balloons, plus champers and very tasty chocolate cake. Food on board was top class and service second to none. Naturally it’s on the pricier side, but had saved up so that we could just enjoy it for what it was. Overall a gorgeous memory made!

Staff were excellent

Very comfy room, compact bathroom, only one lift working which seemed a lottery where it stopped. The main bar had been given over to a private party, the upstairs bar felt like a cross channel ferry’s “posh” lounge, and a bit saga holiday. Good location and convenient for transport to London.

A completely different hotel to what we normally book. Very impressive from the outside and very well appointed. We had a 2 night stay with dinner on the second evening which was very pleasant. Very conveniently placed with easy access to the transport routes. Only comments to add was the slow booking in process which resulted in a cue and also that the Wi-Fi dropped out occasionally.

Such a beautiful hotel my only complaint would be the coffee tray in the cupboard is in the wrong place for ease of use esp if your elderly or have struggles bending Other that I’d definitely book again

Great stay for 2 nights. Staff & service & food/bevs all excellent.

Great location for LCY and Excel. Right on the DLR and Elizabeth line. Overnight business stay felt like a mini break.

Staff were superb with clear customer focus and more importantly people who cared what your experience was like, Only word of advice was the beds are the only part of the experience where it felted you skipped the quality, not good when Premier Inn beds are more comfy and luxurious
