Staff were very welcoming. Easy and convenient shuttle service into town. The hotel is a little off the beaten path, but that made for magnificent views above the town. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The small restaurant onsite was very nice; good food and drink and friendly staff.
We will definitely return here.

Great property, friendly and helpful staff with an outstanding terrace that give breathtaking views of the surroundings. The hotel offers a convenient shuttle to the center of Bellagio which really save one with regards to parking in Bellagio city center. Great stay and experience and would return for sure.

Il Perlo Panorama is a unique place.
The view when you walk out onto the veranda is simply breathtaking - it has Panorama in it's name for a reason.
This was the second time of staying here and the service was even better than the first time (in 2022).
We had dinner on the first night in the restaurant and it was magical. Great food, great wine (it is Italy), and that view!
Breakfast was very good and a great selection including for those who have special requirements.
The staff were great and the addition of transport down to the centre of Bellagio was an extra bonus.

Sitting high on a hill overlooking Bellagio, the hotel offer the most breathtaking veiws of Lake Como. The main hotel rooms are very nice, comfortable, but do not a/c if that is a must for you. We found the cool nights and ceiling fan did just fine. They do offer a limited number of suites that are brand new and gorgeous. Spend the extra if you can. The restaurant, serves moderately priced delicious dishes and staff is very attentive. A complimentary breakfast buffet is also excellent. They run a shuttle every hour to the Bellagio waterfront so access is very easy. Overall, the staff is friendly and helpful! This is a hotel that is on my must go back to list!

Stayed as a couple for our 20th wedding anniversary. ALL the staff were kind and very helpful. Fabio who taxied us to and from Bellagio centre with the courtesy Scooby VW to the bar staff and cleaners were superb. The view from our room was a wow factor and spent every night with patio doors open to hear the stream below and view the lake and mountains. The ferry’s and bus services are excellent and very cheap compared to the uk. The terrace at the hotel is a must and can just stay and chill all day and never tire of the scenery. The restaurant has an excellent chef who also does cooking lessons. People not staying at hotel , book for this service and food. They are planning to add a spa, pool and upgrade the smaller rooms next year so definitely would come back
