Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night with great view surrounded by silence. Walk to St.Giovanni was fantastic, too. I will definitely stay this cozy B&B next time.

An Unforgettable Escape If you are looking for the definitive Lake Como experience, look no further this hotel has quite simply The best view I have ever seen. The moment you walk onto the terrace, it feels like you’re stepping into a postcard. The panoramic sweep of hills, the water below and the blue sky and clouds. Absolutely stunning. Service & Hospitality A view this good can sometimes make a hotel complacent, but the staff here are the true stars. From the warm greeting at check-in to the waiting staff it was such a friendly feel. They seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask, making the entire stay feel seamless and personalised. Food The breakfast included in the price was delicious, pastries, coffee, juices, yogurts, and cooked items. We dined here the 1st night due to the weather preventing us going much further and the meal was one of the best ive ever had. I would and already have recommended this hotel to others. We stayed in a room which did not have a lake view but it was clean and comfortable and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful, diverse and super healthy breakfast

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avions une suite avec une vue à couper le souffle. Seul bémol le personnel de l'hôtel ne parlait pas français (anglais quasiment). Nous avons eu des difficultés pour nous faire comprendre car certains membres n'ont fait aucun effort. Heureusement qu'il y avait deux jeunes femmes très sympathiques et à l'écoute.

Der Blick auf den See ist toll, der Shuttlebus sehr praktisch. Das Personal war stets freundlich, die Kellner aber leider sehr unaufmerksam. Oft unterhielten sie sich mehr miteinander als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Das Essen ist ok, aber für den Preis nicht angemessen. Größtes Problem für uns aber: die Dusche.an Regentagen gab es gar kein warmes Wasser (Solarthermie), an sonnigen Tagen schwankte das Wasser zwischen kochend heiß und eiskalt. Zudem war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gering, so dass man kaum den Schaum aus seinen Haaren bekam. Das Waschbecken hatte dagegen so hohen Wasserdruck, dass man sich kaum waschen konnte ohne komplett nass zu werden. Eine Möglichkeit zu heizen haben wir nicht gefunden, daher haben wir eine Nacht sehr stark gefroren. Ein Infrarotstrahler beim Abendessen wurde trotz unserer Nachfrage nicht eingeschaltet (ohne uns dies zu begründen). In Summe ok, aber mit Abstrichen.

Where do I start? We arrived to Il Perlo and were welcomed with a nice cocktail overlooking the most breath taking views of Bellagio! The staff was phenomenal! The family suite was perfect for four adults. It was spotless and provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hotel shuttle was so convenient to use for our trip into the lakeside town of Bellagio. If we had more days to stay at the hotel we would've booked the cooking class they have on-site which looked very fun! The breakfast that was included was perfect and our dinner was exquisite! I highly recommend Il Perlo to everyone who wants to enjoy Bellagio to the fullest!

My wife and I stayed in a terrace room (incredible views) for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Only a 5 min shuttle to the city center (free all day shuttles via the hotel), and all staff were friendly and accommodating for any planning questions. Lastly, cooking class with Chef Max is a must! We’ll be returning to this hotel someday.

This is one of the most awesome places we have ever stayed at for so many reasons Great friendly helpful staff,outstanding location with unparalleled views of Lake Como and surrounding mountains that can be viewed from your balcony or outdoor patio. Shuttle service is wonderful feature with great drivers. Breakfast is absolutely outstanding. Thanks all!

The most amazing view in all of Bellagio

The panoramic view from the terrace was the best in all of Lake Como! Staff were very friendly and responsive and we really appreciated the breakfast box provided due to our early departure!

This hotel has amazing views of bellagio. We are well traveled folks and can not remember a more breathtaking view than this hotel offers . Staff was incredible and very friendly providing answers to all our questions and request . Hotel offers a very convenient free courtesy shuttle service to the bellagio town center . This is the place to stay when visiting bellagio .

So well done. Excellent in every way. In fact our week was so excellent it’s hard to know where to start. Probably most important is to mention how the staff was the best possible. In all positions going to any length to provide us top notch service. I would mention Maggie as the most outstanding. We will recommend Il Perla to everyone we know. A week we will never forget. Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust.
