Very good view of the lake both day and night. Easy to local with goggle map. Friendly and helpful staffs. Very good place for dinner. Better to have a car. The shutter service is infrequent. Perfect place to stay for people go with their own car

We have three people in this family trip to Itlay. We visited many cities and different kind of hotels in this 15 days travel. II Perlo Panorama is the best we three voted! The host was so considerate and she shows us the best of Il Perlo Panorama. The view from the garden is just amazing and breathtaking, especially when you have breakfast there. The breakfast is also great. We enjoyed a lot. The stuffs there are also so friendly, always holding friendly smile. Who will be not happy to live in such a lovely and beautiful heavenly place? To arrive the hotel, you should try best to arrive Como train station early so that you could take C30 ( a local bus) for around an hour, to the final station, and then take a taxi uphill. Trust me, this distance and time spent is definitely worthwhile. Even we don't drive a car in the trip, even if my parents are 60+, we all think the distance from the crowded town is worthwhile. We could not wait to return to there again someday!

We have a very pleasant two day stay! Everything is well maintained and staff are very helpful and professional. Food is good too. We enjoyed staying with this hotel. Shuttle bus to downtown is definitely a plus.

The staff were so helpful and nice. Maddy, who checked us in, insisted upon carrying our suitcases up the stairs to our room (no elevators). She also explained all the amenities of the hotel and was incredibly competent and friendly. She and another staff member, Luca, were in charge of driving the shuttle van which took us from the hotel to downtown Bellaggio. Now for the real reason you want to stay here, the view from the hotel’s patio and restaurant are to die for! Our room also had a fabulous balcony with amazing views. The hotel’s on premises restaurant is pretty good but has a limited dining menu. The only downside to staying here is that it’s a bit of a hassle to get to downtown as you must make arrangements in advance to get the shuttle which only runs once an hour and has a maximum capacity of 6. We were traveling with my brother and his wife so there were 4 of us. The only other thing I’ll add is that this is an older property and as such, it could benefit from some upgrades especially in the rooms. The use of space could use some improvements. All that being said, we very much enjoyed our stay at Il Perlo.

Colaboradores simpáticos , café da manhã bom , várias opções , vista do quarto para o lago é um diferencial, única observação negativa é em relação a porta da sacada do quarto que não fechava por conta da posição da máquina do ar condicionado , que impedia fechar a porta, o que comprometia no amanhecer do dia , pela luz do sol clareando o quarto.

The place has great views and breakfast was delightful. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Hotel shuttle great. Stay in the new JR Suites they care the best.

Fantastic views from this hotel, we had room 24, which was absolutely stunning. You do have to book your shuttles kind of an advance because depending on how many people are at the hotel you have to get back-and-forth to town so it’s a good idea to try and plan your day out. The staff are very helpful overall a very good place. They are doing some renovations so if you’re planning on sleeping in late, you might hear something. Also, it seems like the restaurant is on top of the suite so early in the morning sometimes when they’re moving the tables around, you can hear it so maybe not the greatest for sleeping in but you can’t find a better view. It’s absolutely awesome and the staff were super helpful and wonderful. You’re not walking to town so you do need to book the shuttle.

Trevligt hotell med fantastisk vy mot sjön och bergen från restaurangen. Fantastisk mat i restaurangen och trevlig personal. Enda som drar ner betyget var att det i maj var riktigt kallt på rummet. Blev ej varmare trots flera tillsägelser. 18-19 grader blir kallt när det är kyligt ute.

An Unforgettable Escape If you are looking for the definitive Lake Como experience, look no further this hotel has quite simply The best view I have ever seen. The moment you walk onto the terrace, it feels like you’re stepping into a postcard. The panoramic sweep of hills, the water below and the blue sky and clouds. Absolutely stunning. Service & Hospitality A view this good can sometimes make a hotel complacent, but the staff here are the true stars. From the warm greeting at check-in to the waiting staff it was such a friendly feel. They seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask, making the entire stay feel seamless and personalised. Food The breakfast included in the price was delicious, pastries, coffee, juices, yogurts, and cooked items. We dined here the 1st night due to the weather preventing us going much further and the meal was one of the best ive ever had. I would and already have recommended this hotel to others. We stayed in a room which did not have a lake view but it was clean and comfortable and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful, diverse and super healthy breakfast

Hôtel très bien situé. Nous avions une suite avec une vue à couper le souffle. Seul bémol le personnel de l'hôtel ne parlait pas français (anglais quasiment). Nous avons eu des difficultés pour nous faire comprendre car certains membres n'ont fait aucun effort. Heureusement qu'il y avait deux jeunes femmes très sympathiques et à l'écoute.

Der Blick auf den See ist toll, der Shuttlebus sehr praktisch. Das Personal war stets freundlich, die Kellner aber leider sehr unaufmerksam. Oft unterhielten sie sich mehr miteinander als sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Das Essen ist ok, aber für den Preis nicht angemessen. Größtes Problem für uns aber: die Dusche.an Regentagen gab es gar kein warmes Wasser (Solarthermie), an sonnigen Tagen schwankte das Wasser zwischen kochend heiß und eiskalt. Zudem war der Wasserdruck in der Dusche gering, so dass man kaum den Schaum aus seinen Haaren bekam. Das Waschbecken hatte dagegen so hohen Wasserdruck, dass man sich kaum waschen konnte ohne komplett nass zu werden. Eine Möglichkeit zu heizen haben wir nicht gefunden, daher haben wir eine Nacht sehr stark gefroren. Ein Infrarotstrahler beim Abendessen wurde trotz unserer Nachfrage nicht eingeschaltet (ohne uns dies zu begründen). In Summe ok, aber mit Abstrichen.
