I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is excellent, the view from the balcony is very beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly. If you are looking for the definitive Lake Como experience, look no further this hotel has quite simply The best view I have ever seen.
The moment you walk onto the terrace, it feels like you’re stepping into a postcard. The panoramic sweep of hills, the water below and the blue sky and clouds.
Absolutely stunning.
Service & Hospitality
A view this good can sometimes make a hotel complacent, but the staff here are the true stars. From the warm greeting at check-in to the waiting staff it was such a friendly feel.
They seem to anticipate what you need before you even ask, making the entire stay feel seamless and personalised.
Food
The breakfast included in the price was delicious, pastries, coffee, juices, yogurts, and cooked items.
We dined here the 1st night due to the weather preventing us going much further and the meal was one of the best ive ever had.
I would and already have recommended this hotel to others.
We stayed in a room which did not have a lake view but it was clean and comfortable and I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Where do I start? We arrived to Il Perlo and were welcomed with a nice cocktail overlooking the most breath taking views of Bellagio! The staff was phenomenal!
The family suite was perfect for four adults. It was spotless and provided everything we needed for a perfect stay. The hotel shuttle was so convenient to use for our trip into the lakeside town of Bellagio. If we had more days to stay at the hotel we would've booked the cooking class they have on-site which looked very fun! The breakfast that was included was perfect and our dinner was exquisite!
I highly recommend Il Perlo to everyone who wants to enjoy Bellagio to the fullest!

My wife and I stayed in a terrace room (incredible views) for our honeymoon and it was perfect. Only a 5 min shuttle to the city center (free all day shuttles via the hotel), and all staff were friendly and accommodating for any planning questions. Lastly, cooking class with Chef Max is a must! Unbeatable views but that's about it. No elevator. Had to lug all of our luggage upstairs ourselves. No help from the staff. Rooms are incredibly outdated and dilapidated. The TV is smaller than my laptop. The shower is the size of a shower on a cruise ship. The restaurant on property is just ok. They try too hard to serve fancy food instead of sticking to a traditional, simple Italian menu. If it wasn't for the incredible view it would have been a total bust.

There is an amazing panoramic view..That staff despite the language difference were helpful especially the shuttle to the down town area and waitress.. it was her first day and she was very helpful and efficient. The front desk women, who also was the shuttle person was very helpful.The rooms are very European but efficient.. the view from our room was less attractive than my sister. But beautiful.
Be mindful that it is an old building and there is no elevator, and the stairs are very narrow. The beds look uncomfortable but were comfortable ..
Despite our disappointment of non updated rooms we completely enjoyed our visit to the bed and breakfast..

Everything was so wonderful. Parking is perfectly safe and easy. Breakfast was very fresh, excellant coffee, eggs, sausages. The view of the lake is spectacular. Staff goes out of their way for you. Kristina and Madi were both wonderful to us. We will be back!

The hotel was cute, with good views from the restaurant. The staff was nice. It is up on the hill, so the town is not easily accessible. What is not listed, and should be, is how to get to the hotel. Uber, Lyft, public transportation was not an option for us. But, I called the hotel and they have a free shuttle. There was nothing on the listing as it would have been helpful to know. The shuttle is free and takes you to and from town.
