We have three people in this family trip to Itlay. We visited many cities and different kind of hotels in this 15 days travel. II Perlo Panorama is the best we three voted! The host was so considerate and she shows us the best of Il Perlo Panorama. The view from the garden is just amazing and breathtaking, especially when you have breakfast there. The breakfast is also great. We enjoyed a lot. The stuffs there are also so friendly, always holding friendly smile. Who will be not happy to live in such a lovely and beautiful heavenly place? To arrive the hotel, you should try best to arrive Como train station early so that you could take C30 ( a local bus) for around an hour, to the final station, and then take a taxi uphill. Trust me, this distance and time spent is definitely worthwhile. Even we don't drive a car in the trip, even if my parents are 60+, we all think the distance from the crowded town is worthwhile. We could not wait to return to there again someday!

The view from the room is great. Breakfast is nice too. Only thing is the front desk leaves at 10pm and one night the lights were automatically on and off for a few times, I texted the staff. The next day I came back late and well past 10, I didn’t know if they will lock the door or not so let them know too by texting. The front desk person is from Romania, said I texted her two days in a row. She also said she already told me so when I checked in. The tone with her seems always hush. Meantime she herself made mistakes on charging my credit card for payments as I’ve paid more to have the flexible stay option and could have checked out a day earlier to stay in my destination the last night so I didn’t have to drive back late past 10 to text her to simply let her know. Other local hires are nice.

Fomos em viagem de lua de mel e o hotel nos preparou uma grata supresa em nos dar upgrade de quarto, mas não foi qualquer quarto, foi simplesmente o melhor quarto que já ficamos em nossa vida! Ao olhar a vista do quarto para o lago me emocionei, acho que é a vista mais linda que já vi! O quarto era novo, todo equipado, decoração impecável, e o banheiro com uma super vista para o lago (de tirar o fôlego). Jantamos no restaurante do hotel e a comida também foi impecável, pratos dignos de estrela Michelin. Ficamos impressionados com o hotel e ficou o gostinho de quero mais! Com certeza voltaremos! Obrigada a toda a equipe do Il Perlo, sem sombra de dúvidas foi a melhor experiência de nossa lua de mel!

What an absolutely INCREDIBLE stay in the most beautiful hotel in Bellagio!!! The rooms are spacious and clean with breathtaking views of Lake Como. Only a 15 minute shuttle ride from the heart of Bellagio and the ferry which you can take to Varenna, Menaggio, and other wonderful spots around the lake. HUGE shout-out to the wonderful staff, especially Madi, who made my birthday unforgettable!!! Madi took the best care of us, offering shuttle rides outside of normal hours, accommodating all of our needs and requests, and offering a warm smiling welcome each time we returned. Thank you so much, Madi, and to the entire team at Il Perlo. :) We will be back!!

This property was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This hotel offers shuttle service which was a lifesaver that takes you near the ferry. The food at this hotel was also very delicious, everything was fresh and they had a great variety of choices. They upgraded our room and the view was breathtaking! I love this place and would definitely recommend others to go here

No only the staff is wonderful they go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The views are out of this world. Room was spacious clean and modern and once again the view. Fool was great we had dinner, drinks and the free breakfast, in general outstanding thank you all we will come back for sure

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. It has one of the, if not the best view of Lago di Como of all hotels. I never get tired of sitting on their terrace, soaking in the scenic lake beauty with Alps in the background, with a glass of delicious Italian wine in your hand. The hotel is currently being updated, but all of the rooms are charming and comfortable. They have a very good restaurant on site where they serve the morning breakfast. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you happy.

The view from our Superior Lake View room was spectacular. However, the room itself was extremely underwhelming, very tiny, old, and badly in need of refurbishment. Looked like it had not been touched in 30 years. The bathroom walls and floor were coated in an ugly grey liquid plastic that was supposed to look like concrete and the shower, also coated in the same, only had a half-glass partition and its floor was level with the bathroom floor. The shower had a wooden window that could open but the frame was starting to rot. If we hadn't pre-paid for 3 nights we would have left after the first night.
