Hotel Carlota

The room wasn’t cleaned throughly during the time we were there the amenities aren’t that convenient because they have inconsistent hours. The staff was nice but they were hard to reach on more than one occasion. Not exactly family friendly in my opinion or experience feels like the bathroom sink being on the outside of the bathroom it self is a bit unsanitary and sink was not properly cleaned. Door should have a proper lock it didn’t lock so feels unsafe.

We were only there for about 10 hours bc we were late getting in. My 6 yo was asleep, and they were incredibly kind helping get us parked and our things carried to our room so I didn’t have to wake her. The bed was very comfy too and the room was super dark, which made for a great night sleep. When it was raining the next AM, they pulled the car around for us too so we didn’t have to walk through the rain with our things to get it.

Lo malo fue que cuando llegó el huésped le dijeron que no había habitaciones a pesar de que ya estaba pagada y después de un rato de insistir le dieron la habitación.

La atención del personal muy buena !!

Instalaciones muy bonitas cuarto muy espacioso la cama y las almohadas muy cómodas el único detalle dicen que tienen estacionamiento y es un estacionamiento público que está al lado y lo cierran a las 10 si sales en la noche ya no lo puedes meter

Very cute property 1/2 block from reforma, very very walkable. The restaurant/bar staff is super nice and friendly (Gabrien and Jazmin in particular) Very clean rooms and areas in general.

Ya van varias veces que me hospedo en este hotel, me gusta mucho el estilo, que bien creo que no es para todos, el estilo de las habitaciones con sus losas y muros de acabados aparentes, no a todos les gustara, por lo cual tendriam que poner en una balanza, tambien los wcs de las habitaciones son un poco extraños pero bueno hacen perfectamente su funcion, el personal me toco muy amable aunque para mi no es un hotel de descanso, ya que lss habitaciones no aislan completamente el sonido asi que si eres de sueño ligero lo pensaria dos veces, su alberca si bien es espectacular no es muy comoda para nadar ya que es agua fria o al menos las veces que he ido asi esta, la comida en el restaurante no es tampoco nada espectacular y por la zona es entendible su sobre precio, entendible mas no justificable. En fin es un buen hotel y su estilo y diseño es muy unico. Si eres joven y sin hijos creo que es una gran opcion. Pero para una familia o llevar a alguien mayor lo dudaria.

Había un evento y no había servicio de restaurante. El ruido era fuerte para los que nos hospedamos.

Overall, great stay. Had an issue with my key card and the staff were very helpful in getting the issue fixed for me. Wish the bathroom was a little cleaner but it wasn’t too bad. Area is very walkable with lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Again the staff were so kind and helpful my entire stay.

So far so great! Property is industrial chic. The pool is strange - it’s in the courtyard in front of the restaurant patio which isn’t appealing and probably why nobody was in it during my stay. Other than that the staff was INCREDIBLE and so kind and accommodating. Shipping is super close across Paseo Reforma. Overall, extremely happy!

Todo en general muy bien, el único detalles es que las paredes/ventanas de las habitaciones no son muy gruesas, por lo que se puede escuchar mucho el ruido del interior del hotel, huéspedes caminando en el pasillo, gente en la alberca/bar, etc.

Overall this was such a great stay, i will be coming back!

Nice hotel but every time I stay there’s something wrong with my room, whether the showers broken or this last time our aircon was so loud I could barely sleep! I wasn’t able to turn it off. The pool area is great!
