Hotel decente con todos sus amenidades, además de conveniente por estar ubicado a 1 cuadra de la Av. P. Reforma y cerca de Zona Rosa por si quieren buscar algo de comer/cenar. En lo personal para Mochileros como uno es conveniente que este cerca de avenidas principales para pedir Uber/Didi y/o medios de transporte como Metrobus. El personal en Gral. fue rápido y eficiente en atender incluyendo el Bar. La Alberca que tienen no es tan grande o es de tamaño mediana 2m x 12-15m,por eso si les gusta nadar al estilo deportivo puede que se aburran (como un huésped que se dio casi 15 vueltas con brazadas de Crol), pero el agua está calientita y limpia por lo que amerita hecharse un chapuzón aun en tiempos de frío como Noviembre-diciembre. El cuarto estuvo muy amplio o espacioso que contaba con todo lo que necesites desde closets, TV, Silla y escritorio, aire acondicionado, Baño con todas las amenidades (jabón/shampoo/toallas, lustrador de zapatos/lima para uñas/etc), batas o hasta pantunflas para estar en el cuarto lo cual me recordó a los hoteles de Japón. Y lo que más me gustó fue que tienen Frigobar y unas bebidas de cortesía (Agua Mineral/Coca-Cola, Cerveza) y Snacks también. Lo único que me incómodo fue el techo del cuarto que me tocó que ni pintura o acabado de Concreto liso tenía, además de que se le observaba varias barillas semi expuestas, lo cual me dio una sensación de estar en una obra negra o a mitad de construcción 😅; habrá gente que dirá que eso es lo que le da un toq

Friendly staff, good location, but hotel has prioritised aesthetics over practicality. The hotel is very noisy — they play loud music all day and well into the night which makes it hard to relax in your room. The rooms are also very dark as they have small windows which overlook the walk ways. Then there’s a bunch of little things that make the rooms impractical — they give you robes but no where to hang the robes when wet, the only light by the sink is overhead so you have shadows on your face for shaving, etc. Finally the whole hotel could do with some maintenance — shower heads that are caked in limescale, lots of missing tiles in the swimming pool, lights that don’t work properly in the rooms.

The room wasn’t cleaned throughly during the time we were there the amenities aren’t that convenient because they have inconsistent hours. The staff was nice but they were hard to reach on more than one occasion. Not exactly family friendly in my opinion or experience feels like the bathroom sink being on the outside of the bathroom it self is a bit unsanitary and sink was not properly cleaned. Door should have a proper lock it didn’t lock so feels unsafe.

We were only there for about 10 hours bc we were late getting in. My 6 yo was asleep, and they were incredibly kind helping get us parked and our things carried to our room so I didn’t have to wake her. The bed was very comfy too and the room was super dark, which made for a great night sleep. When it was raining the next AM, they pulled the car around for us too so we didn’t have to walk through the rain with our things to get it.
