卡洛塔酒店

价格小贵，位置很好，酒店风格还不错。但是房间内饰很一般，然后洗澡热水不热。 网红店，性价比一般

La verdad es que el hotel esta super bonito desde que entras. La habitación es como tipo loft, super cute.. solo creo esta muy chaparrito el baño y alcanzaba a tocarlo sin problema. El personal super amable. La verdad, es que si me volvería a quedar.

Hotel económico y muy bien ubicado, pero con un estilo muy retro y servicios muy amenos. Puse "bueno" en la parte de infraestructura porque están renovando algunas instalaciones, pero estoy seguro que quedará muy bien y será una muy buena opción para un alojamiento.

La habitación genial y la alberca climatizada

No me toco un escritorio para poner una lap o revisar documentos en mi cuarto, adicionalmente las rejillas de aire acondicionado estaban sucias... sin embargo, la cama es cómoda y se agradece lo que gratuitamente te ofrecen en el cuarto.

Un lugar excelente ubicación, a unos pasos de Reforma .

La habitación estaba muy limpia. Nos resguardaron las maletas después del checkout.

El bar podría mejorar mucho, sus bebidas no son tan buenas. La alberca necesita mantenimiento. En las habitaciones, hay varios problemas como el aire acondicionado hace muchísimo ruido. Tuve un problema con la televisión en mi habitación y solucionaron cambiándome a un cuarto diferente con un upgrade y eso se agradece mucho. Pero sí le hace falta mantenimiento al lugar.

La psicina no esta en buenas condiciones, se caen los azulejos y el agua ligeramente turbia El personal de recepción poco amable y poco dispuesto a brindar ayuda, al igual que el personal del bar

The hotel has a cool industrial feel while also being comfortable and clean. The open air courtyard in the middle was a little oasis away from the hustle and bustle on the streets. Room was just what we needed and a comfy bed. The location was great, close to all the action of Norte and Condessa but also a nice little neighbourhood . If you like to walk ( I do) you walk comfortably from Carlota easily. A great little coffee shop 3 blocks away called Voltage was a little gem in the area. Staff was all very nice and helpful.

The hotel was good. It is located centrally and it is easy to walk around the city from there. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Our room could have been a little cleaner. The shower in particular did not seem particularly clean. There were also items left over from the previous guest in a drawer and kids drawings and crafts in the closet. We appreciated the pool and used it everyday, but multiple tiles were missing and it seems in need to some upkeep. The drinks at the bar are very expensive and I experienced the worst margarita of my life there. Overall, we would stay there again.

Hotel Carlota was the perfect location for our first visit to CDMX and was central to most of our itinerary. The rooms are clean and as pictured–I would recommend bringing thick and comfy slippers as the floors in the room are cement. Since we were out for most of the day, we only really needed a place to sleep so the rooms worked just fine for our travel needs. I really appreciated how helpful the staff was, especially Fernando who we interacted with most days. The pool isn't deep or too big so you have to be mindful of how many people are there, but overall, the pool area is a nice place to decompress. My only regret was not taking advantage of their bike rentals.

It’s okay but not worth the price. The building is old and so it has water/plumbing issues and you can tell it’s just been cheaply renovated. You should know that the elevator is not automatic so it needs to be run by someone. The only time someone took me up was arrival. Other than that no matter how many times I rang, no one would come. There’s some construction going on during the day -not sure when that will end.

Great location, helpful staff, and the rooms are nice. One annoying thing was that the keycards only seemed to work properly one time. I had to change keycard more than once a day. It was also a bit noisy.
