Everything is perfect, only one thing may need upgrade which is bath towel feel pretty old use, but it is clean, that is not assort with this luxury facility.

We had a three bedroom suite and absolutely loved it.. The staff/service was amazing.. the food at the restaurant was really good.. thank you Elephant for the hospitality.

We booked Andara Resort Villa for my husband birthday. We booked a 2 bedroom pool villa and decided to book an extra day but the room same room was unavailable. We decided to pay a little extra for the penthouse for our last day. Upon check in the staff were kind and friendly. The staff noticed that we booked 2 different rooms and upgraded us to the penthouse for the full stay since I noted we are celebrating a birthday. We also received credit for the spa and let’s just say you MUST book a massage. I had plenty of massage and Andara’s is on top of the list as one of the best in my books. I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels we stayed during our trip in Thailand. Staff was very attentive and food was delicious. Hotel was very high quality, but we just suffer a little bit with bad odor coming from our bathroom.

I stayed here for a short 3-day stay. In conclusion, it was the best! From check-in to transportation to the room, the room facilities, room service (menu options), daily cleaning, breakfast, transportation to tourist spots, and more, every aspect of hospitality was the best. The front desk staff, who were full of smiles, were also impressive. Definitely worth staying here. I would recommend it to everyone. The only thing that bothered me was the weak water pressure in the shower, but it was such a good memory that it made up for that. Thank you to everyone at the hotel.

전체적으로 훌륭하고 소중한 경험이었습니다. 2024.10.26~10.29 동안 6인, 3베드룸 풀빌라 예약하였으나 펜트하우스로 업그레이드되어 숙박하였습니다. 3층에 위치한 방은 넓고 쾌적하며 내부 장식이 멋스러웠고 거실뷰, 윗층의 수영장 뷰 모두 좋았으며, 식기와 와인잔,맥주잔 등이 충분히 갖추어져 있었습니다. 머무는 동안 전반적인 직원분들이 친절하였습니다. 조식은 메뉴에서 원하는 만큼 주문할 수 있었고, 추가로 이용한 저녁식사(silk restrauant) , 룸서비스(피자 및 와규버거, 파스타) 또한 맛이 훌륭하였습니다. 요일마다 다르게 요가 프로그램, 무에타이 프로그램이 있어 이용할 수 있었습니다. 메인 풀이 넓었고 4~6 시 해피아워가 있었습니다.

I recently had the pleasure of staying Andara Resort, and overall, I would say it was a delightful experience. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, with lush surroundings that made it feel like a true getaway. The cleanliness of the resort was impressive; every corner was well-maintained, which added to the overall sense of comfort.
One of the standout features of our stay was the spaciousness of our room. It was large and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. The amenities were top-notch, making it easy to unwind.
The staff at the resort were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, and their warm service truly enhanced our stay. Whether it was at the front desk or during meals, everyone was genuinely nice and eager to assist.
However, we did visit during the rainy season, which limited our ability to enjoy the outdoor activities, particularly swimming. We were only able to take a dip twice during our stay, thanks to the pouring rain. While this was disappointing, we made the most of our time indoors, enjoying the spa.

We stayed five nights in this Andara resort. We had a three bedroom penthouse suites which was spacious, clean and luxurious. Staff very friendly and attentive. Our particular thanks to Pat at the Silk restaurant who looked after us at breakfast every morning. Resort caters for all amenities desired including complimentary shuttle to the local town and beach. I highly rate this property.
