Imperial Hotel Gold Coast

最初の日に入った時から葉っぱや砂が落ちており小さな子どもはスリッパを履けないので気になりました。 滞在の間、床が掃除されることはありませんでした。 洗濯機や浴槽にはカビが生えていました。 コップには前の人が飲んだコーヒーの汚れがそのまま付いており、洗いましたが取れませんでした。またヒビが入った物もありました。 ベットのマットはよかったですが、シーツに砂が残っており気持ち悪かったです。 照明も切れそうなものがいくつかありました。 プールは砂があり子どもたちは大喜びで遊びましたが、中に惹かれているマット？が剥き出していて汚くなっているところもありました。 人は少なかったので思いっきり遊べました。 唯一印象がよかったのはreceptionの方たち。とても親切な対応をしてくれました。荷物を運んでくださった方もフレンドリーで素敵でした。

部屋のジャグジーバスが広くて快適だった。

全体的に清潔で、屋外プールも充実していてラグジュアリーな滞在ができた。

部屋も広くてハウスキーピングも1日2度行ってくれるのでとても清潔で快適に過ごせました。3度目の滞在でしたがまたゴールドコースト来た際は利用したいです。

想像していたとおりの素晴らしいホテルでした。 車寄せ、エントランス、ロビーがすごく豪華でリッチになった気分になれます。

Property is lovely, a little old but still lots of charm and staff are great. Buffet dinner was poor with the incorrect theme advertised, limited selection (except for deserts which were amazing) but absolutely disgusting families in attendance with children running around touching all the food with their hands and putting it back. Staff did nothing.

A lovely old (feeling)Versace hotel with modern fixtures and beautiful marble and parquet floors. Great sized clean rooms with comfortable beds. The pool was superb with food and cocktails brought poolside to enjoy. The staff were friendly and helpful. A delightful stay!

Loved every detail and felt like I was away in italy

Room was amazing, and breakfast was very filling. Staff were very helpful.

Front of house were excellent

Dinner Buffet was very poor when we arrive from candleligth concert 07.35 p.m. the service in the table very poor ,they need more focus in the service ,and next morning Breakfast was better in two time we when before sorry not more.

The resort is very tired and has been neglected re any upkeep. Our room had not been vacuumed for some time. Walking through grit and having to brush our feet before hopping into bed. It’s like it’s on another planet. There was no one there. There was no background music in the empty bar until we asked. The bar snacks were good. We didn’t have faith eating in the restaurant as there were only 2 people in it and it’s a big restaurant. We went next door to find the whole Marina Mirage complex closed and boarded up. Piles of rubbish everywhere. The next lot of surrounding restaurants and bars were all gone. It’s like the end of the world at the spit area at present. Compared to our last stay when it was Versace it’s a complete turnaround.

The toilet and bathroom. Has long black hair on it. Right near the spa there was a white jelly bean. The pillows were absolutely awful. Soft as anything. You had to fold them up to sleep. And the ln the beds were only doubles

Everything was extremely overpriced. I ordered room service. It cost $25 for a ln extremely small bottle of Diet Coke and 2 pieces of cold toast with not enough butter to spread on even one slice. Save your money and go somewhere else. There are nicer hotels on the Gold Coast!

Still well maintained and enjoyable. Not alot of staff around so service can be a bit slow at times.

Pool bar closed too early and not enough variety in food options. Having some music in the background would also add to the daily holiday vibe. Lobby bar closed too early so no opportunity to spend time with with other visitors after dinner. No water provided in the rooms , only paid bottles which were disappointing. Otherwise, we loved our room and the pool area!
