숙소 좋았습니다 워낙 유명한 호텔이고 좋은 호텔이라고는 알았지만 직원들도 친절하고 서비스가 좋았습니다. 아이와 함께 한 여행이라서 수영장이 히티드 풀이 아닌게 좀 아쉬웠습니다 그거 외에는 다 좋았습니다

Staff are wonderful and very welcoming. If you can get a breakfast package do it, a good buffet with gluten free options and eat as much or as little as you want. The staff care which in this day and age is hard to find at most properties.

We loved staying here. The check in process was a bit slow and some parts of the room (bathroom) seem a little outdated but the breakfast buffet was great and parking was easy and free. We would stay again.

We loved our stay here for my birthday. My daughter loved the pool area. The pool is very cold so a spa or heated pool would definitely be a great addition. The staff were amazing from the front desk, the pool guy and the cleaners. Rooms are beautiful, room service very tasty and buffet breaky Devine. Will be back!

A basic 5-star hotel featuring some spacious condos with private pools. While a few staff members are outstanding, many are unfriendly. Amenities like valet, bar, music, buffet breakfast, and stylish Versace-inspired features are available, even though they can be tacky and often unclean; overall, however, everything feels average or below expectations.

Overall pleasant stay. The staff in the restaurant were lovely, the food however was tired. The dinner was ok but did not match the brand and interior nor expecactions I had. The buffet breakfast was like one of a budget corporate Hotel. Examples were things like dried out juiceless lemon slices and dried meets sliced meet. I would of thought the hotel would of had a beautiful fresh selection.

Property is lovely, a little old but still lots of charm and staff are great. Buffet dinner was poor with the incorrect theme advertised, limited selection (except for deserts which were amazing) but absolutely disgusting families in attendance with children running around touching all the food with their hands and putting it back. Staff did nothing.
