팔라조 베르사체 호텔인 줄 알았는데, 7월 31일자로 임페리얼 호텔로 바꼈어요 오래되어도 베르사체 명성 땜에 갔는데, 임페리얼로 바껴서 별로에요 이전 노티스 없어서 기분이 안좋았어요

전체적으로 만족합니다

숙소 좋았습니다 워낙 유명한 호텔이고 좋은 호텔이라고는 알았지만 직원들도 친절하고 서비스가 좋았습니다. 아이와 함께 한 여행이라서 수영장이 히티드 풀이 아닌게 좀 아쉬웠습니다 그거 외에는 다 좋았습니다

All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Parking was easy and with plenty of spots. Room was lovely and quiet with a great marina view. Only downside (for a while) is that the neighbouring Marina Mirage is being demolished - so not many eating spots left unfortunately.

Hotel needs a refresh, needs more entertainment facilities inside and out

There was a view of next building dumpster from my room, so wasn’t too excited about it. Although excellent staff & service. Will prefer to stay closer to more active parts of GC next time

Terribly run down. Attention to detail throughout the property, especially maintenance very poor.

Pool wasn’t the cleanest and staff at the pool bar were slack. Restaurant and reception staff were very welcoming and good and the concierge was very good too. food was also nice as well as the hotel room spacious enough and comfy beds.

The staff were exceptional. However the hotel its self is very aged. It really needs a lot of work. Mold on ceilings and holes in the furniture. The pool was great but still the sand area needs some work too. For the price of the hotel per night i definitely expected more.

Super efficient check in. Friendly and professional staff.

Upon arrival we walked to reception from the underground carpark, through the corridors someone had smeared their blood on the wall. Walking to our room the carpets looked like they had not been vacuumed for 6+ months, there were covered with clumps or wool, sand, stains, rubbish and debris. In our room there was a used dirty band aid on the floor next to the bed, the fridge was warm and not working probably. We mentioned the bandaid and fridge to reception, the young male staff member whose name started with an A was apologetic, but to be honest he didn’t seem surprised. Engineering was sent to our room to fix the fridge thankfully. The pool had a very limited food and beverage menu yet still charges "Versace" prices. The only thing that saved our stay was the buffet breakfast, the food was delicious however we found it rude after paying 5* rates for the 1 nights accommodation, to be charged extra if we wanted an omelette, salmon or a second barista coffee. The hotel is sooooo far from 5*luxury it’s not even funny! The prices they charge for the extremally run-down amenities, poor upkeep and deteriorating presentation of the property is appalling! I travelled internationally for over 14 years with my job and honestly, I have never seen such horrendous conditions, even in 3* accommodation. The general vibe and reception we received from staff is that no one cares! It’s like the staff and management know the hotel will either be sold again or knocked down so why bother or try.

I had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and nice and quiet, perfect for a good night’s rest. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with plenty of delicious options. Overall, a really positive experience and I’d happily stay again.
