ホテルのフロントはない　 一階のバーの注文する所に宿泊者と伝える必要があり　 部屋は清潔感はあるが、外出時に使いたい金庫は使えなかった(暗証番号を入れても開けることが出来なかった) 金庫の問題を伝えてもバーで働く人には？だったみたいで解決はされなかった。初回試しに金庫を確認しておいて良かった 何かを入れた状態で金庫が開けられないと、心配して旅行どころでは無かったと思う バーにはTABが併設されている。 TABは公共のギャンブルができる 現地の賭け事をしたい人が酒と賭け事で集まるため理解して宿泊する事をお勧めします 特に問題があったわけでは無いが、環境的に何か起きる可能性は高いと推測します

　シドニーの国際空港から15分位です。駅から至近です。ホテルは1階のレストランでチェックインします。シドニー国際空港から、電車を使うと20ドルも料金とられるので、他の行き方でも良いかもです。

It is very useful because you have a direct train access to CBD and you can also park your car for free. Just a note that there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggages upstairs. Also it is during the renovation and thus carpenters start working from 7am.

The receptionist welcomed us with a smile. The room we stayed in was quiet and clean. It's a recommended location with good transportation links.

レストランとカジノがメインの施設で、宿泊施設は2階のみです。そのためか、ホテル用のフロントはなく、バーカウンターで手続きします。複雑な手続きはなく、チェックアウトもカードキーをポストに入れるだけです。 ホスピタリティサービスなどが不要で、綺麗な宿泊施設がよい、泊まるだけでよいという方にとっては過ごしやすいと思います。 一点気になったのは、部屋がある2回までエレベーターがないので、重い荷物があるとかなり大変です。

Bathroom was very clean. Good meal downstairs in the hotel. The room suited my needs. Very close to Woolworths and other shops.

I was not drinking and i was not driving the car

A lovely room, well priced and clean. The amenities were nice. The only disappointment was that the windows were unable to be opened. All in all could happily recommend

Very good hotel accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Having a lift to the first floor was great. My room faces the main road so there was a bit of traffic noise but that didn’t bother me too much. If vehicle noise bothers you it could be a problem. Plenty of food options nearby and there’s a Woolies across the road. The train station is very close if you need public transport.

Clean room equipped with thermostat for regulating the temperature. Complimentary parking available for guests , and Transit Station is within a 5-minute walk. Also, a convenient lift is available for accessing the accommodation floor. However, indoor smoking is allowed in the Bar/Bistro area which may be off-putting for nonsmokers.

Convenient car parking onsite, very handy for Kingsgrove station and Woolies nearby

The location of this hotel is great, especially being right next to the train station, which makes getting around very convenient. However, there were several major issues that really affected our stay. First, the “free parking” is quite misleading. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the parking, but they lock the parking area from 3am to 10am. If you need to leave during those hours, you’re forced to park on the street instead. Luckily, there was free street parking nearby, but this should be clearly communicated. Second, the bathroom design is very poor. There is no door separating the toilet area, and when you take a shower, water spreads into the toilet space. It’s very inconvenient and messy. Third, there is no proper reception. You have to go through the pub/bar area to check in and ask for assistance, which feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. Because of this setup, we didn’t even feel comfortable reporting that one of our room lamps was broken. Overall, while the location is good, the experience was disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.

Construction work ongoing and occurred at 7am on consecutive days, seriously affect the sleep quality. AC on and off sometimes. No checkout counter in the morning so ended up needing to call the staff about the check out

I booked this hotel for my husband so he wouldn’t have to drive three hours early in the morning to catch his flight, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. The hotel felt very dirty as soon as he walked in. The overall cleanliness of the place was quite poor, and because of that he felt uncomfortable the entire time he was there. Even after having a shower, he still felt unclean and struggled to sleep because the room just didn’t feel hygienic. Another frustrating part of the stay was the bistro. It was advertised as closing at 9pm, but when he arrived at 8:45pm after travelling 3 hours he was told they were already closed and refused service. After a long day of travel, this was really disappointing. On top of that, the staff were quite rude and not very helpful when he asked about the bistro or raised concerns. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay and unfortunately not somewhere we would choose again.

Yes the room was spotless, bathroom was as well, staff were very courteous
