ホテルのフロントはない　 一階のバーの注文する所に宿泊者と伝える必要があり　 部屋は清潔感はあるが、外出時に使いたい金庫は使えなかった(暗証番号を入れても開けることが出来なかった) 金庫の問題を伝えてもバーで働く人には？だったみたいで解決はされなかった。初回試しに金庫を確認しておいて良かった 何かを入れた状態で金庫が開けられないと、心配して旅行どころでは無かったと思う バーにはTABが併設されている。 TABは公共のギャンブルができる 現地の賭け事をしたい人が酒と賭け事で集まるため理解して宿泊する事をお勧めします 特に問題があったわけでは無いが、環境的に何か起きる可能性は高いと推測します

　シドニーの国際空港から15分位です。駅から至近です。ホテルは1階のレストランでチェックインします。シドニー国際空港から、電車を使うと20ドルも料金とられるので、他の行き方でも良いかもです。

It is very useful because you have a direct train access to CBD and you can also park your car for free. Just a note that there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggages upstairs. Also it is during the renovation and thus carpenters start working from 7am.

The receptionist welcomed us with a smile. The room we stayed in was quiet and clean. It's a recommended location with good transportation links.

レストランとカジノがメインの施設で、宿泊施設は2階のみです。そのためか、ホテル用のフロントはなく、バーカウンターで手続きします。複雑な手続きはなく、チェックアウトもカードキーをポストに入れるだけです。 ホスピタリティサービスなどが不要で、綺麗な宿泊施設がよい、泊まるだけでよいという方にとっては過ごしやすいと思います。 一点気になったのは、部屋がある2回までエレベーターがないので、重い荷物があるとかなり大変です。

I have stayed here a few times now :) No issues, rooms are great for the money you pay - shower and bathroom and everything you need. Staff were friendly, one actually let me leave my heavy bag behind the bar so I didn't have to lug it around for hours before check-in time :)

This place is worth every penny train station across the street ,bar and food on main floor ,staff were great from check in to check out ,any questions i had were answered right there i will stay here whenever i am in sydney

The staff were really friendly and informative! Room was pretty cosy, only thing the cord on the blind was broken, so I couldn't roll up to let in the morning sun. Room was clean and quiet, located near shops and easy parking.

VERY quiet room considering it’s over a pub so good soundproofing with the exception of some random banging every night the 4 nights I stayed there but not loud enough to keep you awake and not all night. Comfortable room, comfortable bed, pretty clean (but I’m a cleaner and def wasn’t to a great standard) super convenient next to the train station, Woolies and places to eat close by. Staff were ok on check in. Would def stay again.

Go and ask for Joe at the reception - a legend he is. First look at him and you know that this man comes with an ocean of experience & wisdom yet he’s extremely humble & very helpful. He made my stay special. Thanks Joe

Very clean, maiden bathroom and pub is basic but good. Shops close by including supermarket. Train across the road.

Excellent service

I recently stayed at this hotel. I would like to kindly bring to your attention some issues I encountered during my stay, which unfortunately affected the quality of my experience. Firstly, the room I was assigned had a strong smell of paint, which I believe was due to its close to an area that had been recently painted. The odor was quite noticeable and made it difficult to relax comfortably in the room. Secondly, on Saturday morning, there was construction work taking place near my room. The noise started quite early and disrupted my sleep, leaving me feeling exhausted for the entire day, and I believe there is law that limits Saturday construction, which I have informed the worker. While I understand that maintenance and upgrades are sometimes necessary, I believe it would have been helpful to be informed in advance or offered an alternative room farther from the affected areas. Given the circumstances, I would like to kindly request a refund for three nights of my stay, as I believe the disturbances significantly impacted my comfort and rest.
