We really enjoyed our stay at the Kingsgrove. Well situated close to amenities. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. Highly recommend.

It is a boutique hotel on site with a bar so you check in actually at a counter insider the bar which opens only at 10am. The staff are all friendly and helpful. No noise from bar downstairs at all however, the closing noise of the door accessing the hotel part is pretty loud and disturbing, and the car and train traffic outside is somehow noticeable as well.
Also worth noting that the window blinds are not light isolating so it is easy for those light sensitive just like myself to be awaken in early mornings

I was happy with my stay. It's close to amenities and train station. Was surprisingly quiet for a pub room. Staff and patrons were very nice. I would stay there again for sure.

ruly is quiet. You don't hear the pub noise or the nearby arterial road noise or railway station noise.
Plenty of milk and coffee supplied but no artificial sweetners or decaf.
The staff were lovely and even apologised to me re a man who was chatting me up and not taking no for an snswer. Security had a quiet word with him. So as a single female traveller I felt very safe there. I felt I got good value for money spent.
