Everything about this Hotel; Convenient to Public transport. Location. Staff are lovely. Clean room. Noise proof. Thank you on behalf of my dad!

The rooms were clean and well maintained. Even though the rooms are above the pub they were extremely quiet also. I will definitely stay there again.

Great stay

I was happy with my stay. It's close to amenities and train station. Was surprisingly quiet for a pub room. Staff and patrons were very nice. I would stay there again for sure.

This accommodation t ruly is quiet. You don't hear the pub noise or the nearby arterial road noise or railway station noise. Plenty of milk and coffee supplied but no artificial sweetners or decaf. The staff were lovely and even apologised to me re a man who was chatting me up and not taking no for an snswer. Security had a quiet word with him. So as a single female traveller I felt very safe there. I felt I got good value for money spent.

Parking was both easy and felt secure

Pub accomodation easy parking only thing I disliked was the smell of cigarette smoke

Bathroom was very clean. Good meal downstairs in the hotel. The room suited my needs. Very close to Woolworths and other shops.

I was not drinking and i was not driving the car

A lovely room, well priced and clean. The amenities were nice. The only disappointment was that the windows were unable to be opened. All in all could happily recommend

Very good hotel accommodation. Friendly and helpful staff. Having a lift to the first floor was great. My room faces the main road so there was a bit of traffic noise but that didn’t bother me too much. If vehicle noise bothers you it could be a problem. Plenty of food options nearby and there’s a Woolies across the road. The train station is very close if you need public transport.

Clean room equipped with thermostat for regulating the temperature. Complimentary parking available for guests , and Transit Station is within a 5-minute walk. Also, a convenient lift is available for accessing the accommodation floor. However, indoor smoking is allowed in the Bar/Bistro area which may be off-putting for nonsmokers.

The location of this hotel is great, especially being right next to the train station, which makes getting around very convenient. However, there were several major issues that really affected our stay. First, the “free parking” is quite misleading. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the parking, but they lock the parking area from 3am to 10am. If you need to leave during those hours, you’re forced to park on the street instead. Luckily, there was free street parking nearby, but this should be clearly communicated. Second, the bathroom design is very poor. There is no door separating the toilet area, and when you take a shower, water spreads into the toilet space. It’s very inconvenient and messy. Third, there is no proper reception. You have to go through the pub/bar area to check in and ask for assistance, which feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. Because of this setup, we didn’t even feel comfortable reporting that one of our room lamps was broken. Overall, while the location is good, the experience was disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.

Super close to Kingsgrove station but not noisy, plenty of food options plus Woolies nearby Shower pressure was a bit lacking but otherwise great

Construction work ongoing and occurred at 7am on consecutive days, seriously affect the sleep quality. AC on and off sometimes. No checkout counter in the morning so ended up needing to call the staff about the check out
