Very good hotel accommodation.
Friendly and helpful staff.
Having a lift to the first floor was great.
My room faces the main road so there was a bit of traffic noise but that didn’t bother me too much. If vehicle noise bothers you it could be a problem.
Plenty of food options nearby and there’s a Woolies across the road.
The train station is very close if you need public transport.

Clean room equipped with thermostat for regulating the temperature. Complimentary parking available for guests , and Transit Station is within a 5-minute walk. Also, a convenient lift is available for accessing the accommodation floor. However, indoor smoking is allowed in the Bar/Bistro area which may be off-putting for nonsmokers.

The location of this hotel is great, especially being right next to the train station, which makes getting around very convenient. However, there were several major issues that really affected our stay.
First, the “free parking” is quite misleading. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was the parking, but they lock the parking area from 3am to 10am. If you need to leave during those hours, you’re forced to park on the street instead. Luckily, there was free street parking nearby, but this should be clearly communicated.
Second, the bathroom design is very poor. There is no door separating the toilet area, and when you take a shower, water spreads into the toilet space. It’s very inconvenient and messy.
Third, there is no proper reception. You have to go through the pub/bar area to check in and ask for assistance, which feels uncomfortable and unprofessional. Because of this setup, we didn’t even feel comfortable reporting that one of our room lamps was broken.
Overall, while the location is good, the experience was disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.

Construction work ongoing and occurred at 7am on consecutive days, seriously affect the sleep quality. AC on and off sometimes. No checkout counter in the morning so ended up needing to call the staff about the check out

I booked this hotel for my husband so he wouldn’t have to drive three hours early in the morning to catch his flight, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing.
The hotel felt very dirty as soon as he walked in. The overall cleanliness of the place was quite poor, and because of that he felt uncomfortable the entire time he was there. Even after having a shower, he still felt unclean and struggled to sleep because the room just didn’t feel hygienic.
Another frustrating part of the stay was the bistro. It was advertised as closing at 9pm, but when he arrived at 8:45pm after travelling 3 hours he was told they were already closed and refused service. After a long day of travel, this was really disappointing.
On top of that, the staff were quite rude and not very helpful when he asked about the bistro or raised concerns. Overall, this was not a pleasant stay and unfortunately not somewhere we would choose again.

Room perfectly clean. Jug too big to be filled except by using glasses. Shower water overflows out over floor so have to adjust water to less volume. Lamp in Room 7 not working. Had to move side tables at bedhead to find power points. Staff excellent, friendly helpful and professional. I felt comfortable and safe. Car parking is possibly an issue when not opened until 10 am. Bistro excellent and available throughout the day.

The blind wouldn’t close fully so it was hard to sleep. I had to wait the 5th day to get them to fix it and then was spoke to rudely and told if I didn’t like it I could have found a new hotel. After being on a 24hr flight and being 90yrs old I think that’s disgraceful, especially the attitude of the manager that day. The room wasn’t cleaned as there was no sign to put on the door to say please clean room, had to take one of another room to get it cleaned. The lamp wasn’t working so I had to ask for someone to change the lightbulb. The luggage rack was broken so my luggage was nearly on the floor it was that low. The draw handle was broken on the desk. And there was no spoon to stir your coffee, milk was only replaced once during stay.
