In the heart of the city, it was a great location.

家族連れに良い。プールは子供に人気で入りやすい。 朝食は非常に美味しかった。Honeyが絶品。 エレベータは効率的に稼働していない印象で、なかなか来ないこともあり、多少不満があった。ドアが閉まるのが早くカードキーを挿している間にドアが閉まって出発してしまうことがある。

ロケーションは、とても良かったです。　部屋内が少し古く感じましたが…

キャンベラセンターから徒歩2分。周りには飲食店が揃っており、リッチは最高です。 古さは感じますが、室内は広く綺麗です。 早朝タクシーの手配や、飛行機遅延による一泊キャンセルも問題無く対応してくれました。 心から感謝します。 ありがとうございました。

シドニー行きの朝4時のバスに乗るため、乗り場直通のこのホテルに2回目の滞在、とても便利です。フロントは24時間対応で朝3時台のチェックアウトも問題なし。シングルルームは広く清潔で快適でした。今回のバスルームにはシャワーのみで、カーテンはあったのですが、床の構造がよくないのか、水が広がり過ぎで足拭きマット1枚では、吸収しきれなかったところがマイナスポイント。 それ以外は大変快適でした。また利用します。

Room was neat and clean, facilities at hotel like swimming pool, kids enjoyed a lot.

Excellent hotel very close to the city centre of Canberra, great buffet breakfasts and family friendly hotel.

Easy self check in, great location

It would be good to have at least two chairs in a room for a couple and also if the single chair actually fitted under the desk. A small bench in the shower cubicle would also be handy to put items on as the small rack above the toilet is too high and not easy to access. It would be good to have more variety of vegetables served rather than two sprigs of broccolini. The parking charge and availability should be made clear when booking as this is an additional charge when comparing motel prices.

Good 2 nights close to everything food yummy

Upon arrival, it was mentioned that in was a returning guest (and was thanked). A ‘gift’, consisting of 3 small chocolate bars and 2 bottles of water was waiting in the room (that was nice). The room we booked was listed as 1 x King bed and 1 x sofa bed. After arriving, it became apparent that the sofa bed didn’t have any bedding nor was there any spare bedding or pillows in the room to allow us to make up the bed (additionally, after pulling the sofa bed out, it was quite clear that under the sofa bed had not been vacuumed in some time, evident by quite a few pieces of popcorn, biscuit crumbs, and chips). A visit to reception was taken and a lovely staff member attended to make up the sofa bed and then also retrieved a vacuum cleaner to sort out under the bed. 10/10 for that staff member! 3/10 for the hotel…

Don’t bother. Book yourself and Airbnb and enjoy some peace and quiet. Too loud. Air con shocking, really stuffy.

Had a wonderful time with my son. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, the staff were friendly. We really enjoyed the pool, spa, gym and breakfast. Easy walk into town to food and shopping and very close to the lake where we went for a beautiful bike ride.The only thing I could fault was the paid parking which would have been a significant extra cost if we had stayed longer which we both wanted to!

I didn’t like that there were no food menus and prices in the room for room service. I didn’t like that when I called kitchen and also reception for information about room service that neither of them answered.

Comfortable, family oriented hotel with great indoor pool and spa. Good breakfast offerings. Short walk to multiple evening dining options. Parking options onsite limited so used street and paid parking garage.

Great location. Rooms are good but starting to show their age. Parking is limited ... you might end up in a parking garage 400m away which is a bit of pain if you have a lot of bags. Hard to beat the location!
