In the heart of the city, it was a great location.

家族連れに良い。プールは子供に人気で入りやすい。 朝食は非常に美味しかった。Honeyが絶品。 エレベータは効率的に稼働していない印象で、なかなか来ないこともあり、多少不満があった。ドアが閉まるのが早くカードキーを挿している間にドアが閉まって出発してしまうことがある。

ロケーションは、とても良かったです。　部屋内が少し古く感じましたが…

キャンベラセンターから徒歩2分。周りには飲食店が揃っており、リッチは最高です。 古さは感じますが、室内は広く綺麗です。 早朝タクシーの手配や、飛行機遅延による一泊キャンセルも問題無く対応してくれました。 心から感謝します。 ありがとうございました。

Check in was pretty minimal - they just handed over our room key. There isn't information about the facilities in the room - a QR code comes up on the TV, which links you to the information. We don't usually turn on the TV, though - maybe this information could be better displayed on a card in the room with a QR code on it. The pool was lovely - it's a nice temperature, the space is great, and it's fairly child friendly at 1.2m deep with wide steps. They advertise that they have inflatables out during the school holidays, but they weren't there during our stay. Breakfast was fantastic - a fresh, hot buffet with multiple staff providing quick service. It's a good deal to have breakfast included. The location is surprisingly quiet for the city centre - we didn't even hear the buses coming and going. There are major ongoing roadworks out the front of the hotel, but access is maintained and we couldn't hear them during our stay.

Staff were lovely. Amenities clean minus the bath being rusty in multiple locations. I didn’t expect a large room but couldn’t put a bag down and still get around the room without climbing over things. Claimed to be two queen sized beds. Definitely only double size. Pool was great! Parking so expensive.

This hotel was pretty amazing. We had a pool and a wonderful Buffett breakfast in the morning. The rooms were clean. The fire alarm went off at three am. Someone was apparently smoking in their room. Everyone moved out in an orderly manner onto the street. But there wasn’t any hotel staff around giving us direction or telling us what was going on.

Superb location! It doesn't get any better than this. Despite being family friendly and having lots of couples with children staying there, hotel is wonderfully quiet. Combine that with top notch mattresses, comfortable pillows and high quality linen, you'll have the best night sleep. We left the car at the hotel parking the day we came and didn't need it until we checked out. Hotel is only couple of minutes walk from shopping centre, plenty of coffee shops and restaurants. This is not my first time staying at Novotel Canberra and it certainly won't be the last.

The check was efficient. Room clean. I liked the towels folded on the bed

Arrived at 6pm. Room wasn't ready. Was told we'd be called. No phone call. Returned at 8.30 and room was available. No 3rd set of towels. Sofa bed not made up. Rooms were dated. Bathroom wasn't cleaned well. Microwave was dirty. Great location. Limited first in car parking.

The restaurant tables could have been wiped over and the seats in restaurant brushed down. I’m not sure the bottom sheets on our beds were straightened

Clean room, buffet was good. If you are planning on eating the buffet breakfast, I would recommend getting there early as the queues became quite long later on in the morning. Check in and check out process was smooth. Plenty of on site parking.

It was ok

Front desk attitude towards wotif/expedia customers not as good as opposed to Accor/Novotel customers. We were given low levelled rooms(2nd floor) and room condition was not very ideal for a 4 star hotel. Bedsheet had stains and marks and pull out bed condition was way below average. Won't be staying at this hotel on any future visit. Location of hotel was prefect though to food, shopping and ease of travel. Limited carpark though.

Check in was chaotic, the rooms are dated, our room still had previous guests food in the fridge. Parking is poor, very few parking spots available at the hotel which cannot be booked in advance, you will need to pay and park 2 blocks away. The breakfast buffet was the best part of our stay. Staff are friendly.

Service and amenities were excellent. My fussy 8year old loved it.

room was good besides the tv we figured it a smart tv like we did before which was a-shame and the staff at reception wasn’t much help either but the breakfast staff was really nice and polite and the pool and spa was excellent ( bed was amazing)

Water damaged bathrooms, dirty grout, rooms that haven't been refreshed since the 1970's Approached by a homeless person on the door step each time we entered and exited, brought this up to the staff at the counter and they said "security had been earlier" For the price we paid we certainly expected more.

Clean & quiet.
