I will start with the positives: Room Clean, Staff Friendly, Pool Great. A few negatives so only 2 of 4 lifts working, so getting stuck in lift regularly and waiting for long periods as lift was full so often. Card thing in lift seemed to only work 20 percent of time rest of time either card to fast, to slow or just some reason floor light went off seemed to be a specific method but I couldn’t say I never nailed it. Would have loved to use stairs if they existed to avoid this. The car parking expensive not guaranteed and when not available had to try find parking just to run in and get another code for carpark down the road. Not great if you have kids or anyone with disabilities as quite far and again costly for what it was. Location has potential (not the hotels fault) but the government needs to get on top of housing crisis. Getting to hotel nightmare can’t right turn at lights, next lights tram works couldn’t turn right again had to go who knows where, trick locations to find another root after all that parking was a pain. Constructive criticism: give your hotel guests the codes to both incase one carpark is full. Could not have done this without another driver to drive car around while I sorted car parking shambles. So spent likely 2 hours of my weekend total navigating road closures and trying to get access to car parks again not all the hotels fault just what was supposed to be stress free was extremely stressful. I won’t be staying again.
