ホテル ノイトール エクスプレス

暑い日だったので、扇風機では部屋が 涼しくなく、快適に過ごすことができなかった。暑くて、寝苦しいかったてす。 バスタブがあったのは助かりました。

ホーエンザルツブルク城塞にも歩いて行ける距離で 大変便利でした。 街中がモーツァルト‼️朝の涼しい間に、モーツァルトの生誕地や家など歩いて行き 楽しみました。

チェックインが、夜の10時以降だと、できないとあったが、連絡するとできるようで、臨機応変に対応してくれます、メールの返信も早いです。フロントスタッフは親切です。掃除は髪が洗面所にそのままであったりしました。ベットなど他は清潔です、旧市街にも歩いていけるし、バス停も目の前です、ただ道路側は、窓を閉めても、下の道路の音が深夜までうるさいです。　

チェックインの際にスタッフがおらず、ずいぶん待たされた。

スタッフは自分たちの仕事最優先な感じでの接客態度だが、相談したことには笑顔で真剣に答えてくれるので、とてもありがたい。 ただし設備そのものが貧弱で、別館の方に逗留したのですが、部屋は傾いているし絨毯はボロボロ。そこら中に古さがあふれているが、トイレとシャワーのみまともです。 立地は旧市街からトンネルを隔てた分だけ離れてはいますが、その分、喧噪もなく快適です。

設備はイマイチですが、観光地へのアクセスは抜群で効率よく観光できました

旧市街の奥のトンネルを抜けたすぐ先　地元の人の静かなエリアで ちょっと歩くとSPARや店もあり散歩するに悪く無いエリアです。 通りを挟んだ本館でチェックインし、無人の別館になります。　 部屋は大学の寮みたいに質素で小さなベッドにテレビだけ、　 アメニティー、冷蔵庫ありません。 一階が中華料理店のため夜遅くまで匂いがします。　 フロントに用が有る時は通りを挟んで本館に 行かないといけません。 本館にカフェが有りますが観光地価格で宿泊者割引もなく利用しませんでした。 ホテルの高いザルツブルグでは安いランクに入りますが、 この設備では割に合いません。 Room no frills, no fridge, cheap furniture just like a college dorm it was clean and Wifi OK but not worth the high price I paid

Good and helpful staff, Location

Terrible experience. When we arrived, I noticed there was a sign advertising a free bus pass for the city and surrounding areas. When I inquired about this pass the woman at the front desk said “I wouldn’t do that, everything you need is in walking distance, it’s only useful if you need to leave the city”. I replied that we were going be leaving the city for some activities, and we were hoping to visit a pool which was a little further from walking distance, so the pass would be helpful. I was met with rude and sarcastic remarks and said if I want to do activities outside the city I should just “book a tour.” She would not give us the free buss pass that was advertised on the front desk. The next day, another staff member was working and happily gave us the passes when asked for them. This hotel is also very dirty, not well maintained and is on a very busy street corner so you will not get much peace since there is no air conditioning and you will need to leave the window open at all times. The “double bed” is 2 twin beds pushed together on very flimsy mattresses which always separated whenever my partner or I rolled over in bed. The hotel is close to a lot of tourist attractions, however it is just not worth it. Very disappointed.

Nothing the place was disgusting dirty and things crawling all over the floor and bed and the bath was full of hair never again and I definitely wouldn't recommend it

The location close to the Old Town was excellent; nothing else to recommend it…

La ubicación buena, pero el hotel necesita renovación , el desayuno excelente al igual que el personal

Très bien située, propre et personnels acceuillant. Seul petit hic le wifi plant souvent, pas une tragédie mais un peu tannant.

Positiv das Bett war sauber und frisch bezogen, Dusche und Toilette auch. Frische Handtücher.Fußboden wurde mal neu gemacht. CheckIn lief alles reibungslos. Negativ Abluft im Bad hat nicht Funktioniert Flecken im Vorhang, Bei einer Steckdose fehlte Teils der Rahmen, Balkontüre öffnen und schließen war ein Kraftakt. Fernseh musste direkt am Gerät ausgeschaltet werden da teilweise Fernbedienung nur paar Knöpfe funktioniert haben. Bettmatratzen naja man konnte halbwegs schlafen. Ein Teil von der Sockelleiste fehlte.Leiste an der Wand neben Bett stand ab. Beschädigte Badtüre Fazit eine kleine Sanierung der Zimmer würde nicht Schaden bzw. öfters mal nach Schäden kontrolliert werden.

Preis/Leistung völlig ok,

Parken für 19 Euro pro leider sehr teuer. Lage dafür aber unschlagbar. Personal sehr freundlich.

Decent location good walking distance

Our visit started with a broken elevator, so carrying all our luggage up to the 4. Floor was a bit of a hassle. Once we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. Room was huge, with an even bigger balcony and a beautiful view. Everything was basic but we didn’t really needed much. Bed was comfortable.
