Hotel Neutor Express

Terrible experience. When we arrived, I noticed there was a sign advertising a free bus pass for the city and surrounding areas. When I inquired about this pass the woman at the front desk said “I wouldn’t do that, everything you need is in walking distance, it’s only useful if you need to leave the city”. I replied that we were going be leaving the city for some activities, and we were hoping to visit a pool which was a little further from walking distance, so the pass would be helpful. I was met with rude and sarcastic remarks and said if I want to do activities outside the city I should just “book a tour.” She would not give us the free buss pass that was advertised on the front desk. The next day, another staff member was working and happily gave us the passes when asked for them. This hotel is also very dirty, not well maintained and is on a very busy street corner so you will not get much peace since there is no air conditioning and you will need to leave the window open at all times. The “double bed” is 2 twin beds pushed together on very flimsy mattresses which always separated whenever my partner or I rolled over in bed. The hotel is close to a lot of tourist attractions, however it is just not worth it. Very disappointed.

Nothing the place was disgusting dirty and things crawling all over the floor and bed and the bath was full of hair never again and I definitely wouldn't recommend it

The location close to the Old Town was excellent; nothing else to recommend it…

Très bien située, propre et personnels acceuillant. Seul petit hic le wifi plant souvent, pas une tragédie mais un peu tannant.

Positiv das Bett war sauber und frisch bezogen, Dusche und Toilette auch. Frische Handtücher.Fußboden wurde mal neu gemacht. CheckIn lief alles reibungslos. Negativ Abluft im Bad hat nicht Funktioniert Flecken im Vorhang, Bei einer Steckdose fehlte Teils der Rahmen, Balkontüre öffnen und schließen war ein Kraftakt. Fernseh musste direkt am Gerät ausgeschaltet werden da teilweise Fernbedienung nur paar Knöpfe funktioniert haben. Bettmatratzen naja man konnte halbwegs schlafen. Ein Teil von der Sockelleiste fehlte.Leiste an der Wand neben Bett stand ab. Beschädigte Badtüre Fazit eine kleine Sanierung der Zimmer würde nicht Schaden bzw. öfters mal nach Schäden kontrolliert werden.

Preis/Leistung völlig ok,

Parken für 19 Euro pro leider sehr teuer. Lage dafür aber unschlagbar. Personal sehr freundlich.

Decent location good walking distance

Our visit started with a broken elevator, so carrying all our luggage up to the 4. Floor was a bit of a hassle. Once we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. Room was huge, with an even bigger balcony and a beautiful view. Everything was basic but we didn’t really needed much. Bed was comfortable.

Hotel zeer verouderd en tapijt vies en nodig aan vervanging toe. De deur naar het balkon sluit niet goed daardoor hoor je veel verkeer van buiten. Ook de isolatie binnen is heel slecht, zo hoor je de buren praten en de toilet doortrekken. Heel jammer want de locatie is wel echt geweldig.

Die Parkplatzkapazität ist sehr knapp. Auf der Straße parken ist auch kaum möglich, da die Plätze für die Anwohner frei gehalten werden. An der Rezeption hat man uns gesagt, dass man im Parkhaus (Altstadtgarage) parken kann. Es ist in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber die Parkgebühren muss man dann zusätzlich mit einkalkulieren. Das Doppelzimmel-Zimmer Basic bzw. das Bad und WC braucht wohl eine Renovierung. Der Waschtisch war total verfärbt und das Material war schon unterhalb aufgequollen. Leider habe ich auch Staubschichten im Bad gefunden. Die Lage des Hotels ist echt super, man erreicht ich ein paar Gehminuten die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal war nett.

This Hotel is basic and rooms a little bit old but it is clean, there are not big amenities, so for a couple nights its working. Near from old town around 10 minutes walk however there are public transport in front . The receptionist are kind and helpful. The bed comfortable and heating was ok. I think the one bad thing it was shower door it was difficult to close.

Super nettes Personal! Das Zimmer war insgesamt sauber aber sehr einfach gehalten. Dafür ist die Lage sehr gut.

Hotel muito bom. Perto do centro histórico. Estacionamento fácil.
