Front desk is unprofessional and rude.

Everything was so good.

Average lodging overall, it worked for short stay. Hall wayvin the Expeess (pink) building was a bit run-down. No air conditioning but glad the windows open. About 10-15 minutes into the main tourist area, otherwise not much around, pretty quiet.

It was shocking, from the arrogant reception staff who had a sarcastic answer to all questions, to the dirty batchroom with old pube hair, to a matress thats so worn out it feels like sleeping on a boat. Will definitely not visit again.

Ok clean tidy.good price and central number 10 from airport to outside hotel. Down side we got there early had to wait till 3pm for check in.also very noisy outside building work started at 6.45am drilling

Die Matratze war sehr dreckig, Personal beim Check-In war unfreundlich und das Licht im Bad hat nur manchmal funktioniert. Die Lage ist jedoch ideal und selbst mit Fenstern zur Straße war es nicht zu laut.

Bien située mais tres viellot

It was a great spot. The room was very clean and cozy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect! Just a few minutes walk to the center. Only complain is that there is no A/C but other than that it’s a nice spot.

Although the room was adequate and met our needs in most areas the overall impression was that the property was 'tired'. All the staff were friendly and helpful and the room was kept very clean. It would have enhanced the room if hot beverage making facilities were available especially as the machine in the foyer was out of order. Transport was close at hand providing very regular service meeting our needs. Overall, we had a successful visit to Salzburg.

Nice to have the balcony an be close to the old city

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro, nessun problema di parcheggio, doppia confort con balcone assai comoda, anche se necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata. Reception e colazione al Neutor,proprio di fronte. Piccolo problema con la prenotazione risolto grazie all'intervento del Servizio Clienti di Hotel ed alla buona volontà della receptionist.

Great location.. bus to city centre right outside hotel, or just a short walk through the tunnel to old town. Stayed with my Son, safe area to walk around. Get the Salzburg travel card which is brilliant for going to all the attractions that beautiful Salzburg has to offer. Would definitely stay there again.

Gutes Hotel, Altstadt in wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Zimmer und Bad sind sauber und komfortabel. Trotz Starkregen und anschließendem Strom- bzw. Internetausfall im Nebengebäude, wo mein Zimmer war, war das Personal sehr freundlich und bemüht, die Umstände schnellstmöglich zu optimieren.

De ontvangst bij de receptie was niet vriendelijk en rommelig. De accommodatie zelf is verouderd en aan onderhoud toe. Het bed was slecht.

Beds were very comfortable. The pictures online were of a different building. They have 2 buildings and one is old and run down, and the other was new. Most of the pictures online were from the new building. Were we stayed was ok as far as beds tvs and furniture, but the floors were green with red dots and mystery stains. Walls were ok but were in need of a good set of paint. The bathroom had a drain in the floor that you could hear water running all night.

Within walking distance of the old city, where there's plenty of dining and shopping opportunities. Not much traffic except during rush hour. The room was fine, but the shower floor was a bit yellow with hard water. The room smelled like cleaning products when I first arrived but this was solved by leaving the window open overnight. Breakfast is very expensive. Include breakfast with booking if you plan to eat there.
