家族旅行で宿泊しました。中心地まで歩いてすぐの立地でありながら、うるさくはなく、快適に過ごせました。露天温水プールとサウナが使えて良かったです。 朝食は2泊同じメニューで種類も多くはないですが、フルーツ、パン、シリアル、卵料理、ハム、チーズ、ソーセージなど我々家族には必要十分でした。全般的に過度なサービスはないですが、中心地に近く、施設もサービスも必要十分で快適に過ごせました。またバンフに来ることがあれば利用したいです。

立地は便利でよかった。

Previously visited in 2019. It is very clean and comfortable, probably because of the refurbishment. This is the best accommodation for skiing in the Banff ski area. There is one large and one small Jacuzzi to enjoy. The free breakfast service is also a feature of this hotel, along with the hospitality of the staff. I would definitely go back and recommend this hotel. Unfortunately, the amenities in the Jacuzzi shower room were not replenished. Not a big problem though ...

バンフの中心地から近くてとても便利です。 館内は静かで清潔 朝食も美味しくて、泊まった時には日本人のスタッフも何人かいたため 困ることはありませんでした。 宿泊の際にデジポットが必要なので クレジットカードの残高には注意が必要です。

ショッピングに出かけやすい立地で、綺麗で広々としていました。

It was very convenient and relaxing with breakfast and jacuzzi.The room was also very clean. It was a little disappointing that jacuzzi closed at 10:00 p.m. The staff were very helpful and friendly.This is a hotel I would like to stay again.

バンフの街中にありバス停も近く非常に便利。 また部屋やロビーも綺麗でいうことなし。中庭のプールも夜１０時までは入れる為、マイナス２０度以上の寒い中、温かいプールに入れることはなかなかの幸せな体験でした。

This hotel is located a few blocks away from the main downtown area. I would say about a 3-5 minute walk. There are no restaurants onsite, but there is a cafe on the ground floor. You do get free breakfast every morning from 6:30am-10am. It's not a very big space, but was not full when we went on Labor Day weekend. You do get free parking with 2 areas to park. There's underground parking, which has about 20 spaces and gate automatically opens when close. Then there's parking available in back, with covered and non-covered spaces. Upon walking in, the lobby is not very big, but there are some seats available for you to sit at and there's an area with a fireplace with seats surrounding it. Check in was pretty quick and informative as they can also book your activities. The building has only 3 floors with a very small elevator. Not the fastest, but since it's only 3 floors, the stairs are an option also. They have a pretty good sized jacuzzi, a small cold plunge pool, dry sauna and a steam room. There are men & women restrooms and an area with clean dry towels. The jacuzzi hours are 9am-10pm. Most of the time, it was empty or maybe 2 people in it. And since this hotel isn't very big, it was never crowded at all. The room that we were booked in was a 2 queen street view. It came with a balcony, which we didn't use, with a couple of chairs outside. I am able to hear the road noise, but luckily, Banff doesn't get. a lot of traffic, it's tolerable. The breakfast was wonderful, the staff friendly. Very nice location.

The internet was out while we were there. Other than that, a very nice hotel.

There are so many positives about our stay. We stayed 3 nights. The bed was so comfortable we slept really well. Staff was awesome always helping with suggestions for dinner. The Mountain View off our patio was so worth it. Breakfast was 10/10 delicious

Breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed the hottub and courtyard seating by the fireplace.

Hot tub, shown in most advertisements and a major reason for selecting this hotel was not operable. Received mixed messaging on why. Didn’t appear to be a priority…

Nice room

Very clean, quiet, and quaint place. Would definitely stay here again!!!
