First of all the Banff Aspen Lodge is in a great location.you have access to everything within walking distance.the room was kept up and very clean.the staff was excellent going above and beyond to make sure that my stay here was enjoyable.the breakfast that’s included was really tasty with various choices of what ever your taste buds maybe yearning for.most importantly for myself was the skiing it was absolutely nothing short of fun and with the free shuttles with a short walking distance to the right or left of the lodge to the pickup & drop off it doesn’t get any better than that.I’m absolutely will be staying here again on my next ski trip.

Excellent location, very welcoming staff. Thank you Pierre, Ana and Joel who did such a great job of making us feel welcome and to the pleasant servers at breakfast who took care of our family. Very clean, modern hotel. We will holiday again in Banff and plan to stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge.

Great stay at the Banff Aspen Lodge. Great location, near the ski shuttle bus stop and a couple of mins from the main shops & restaurants. Room was a good size & spotlessly clean. All the staff were very friendly & helpful. Would recommend & would stay again

Friendly staff, clean room and nice location. It is walking distance to stores and restaurants.
We got a stunning view of the Main Street as it was snowing when we were there. For a Californian, it was a sight to behold.
Our room is located next to the hot tub. We were not up to the challenge as it was below 0 degrees celsius. Hopefully we can try it when we come back.
Breakfast was included. The sausage was exceptional! Won’t complain about free breakfast.
Overall, I will recommend this place!

Great location. Hot tubs were so relaxing after a day of skiing. Steam room and sauna were great as well. The staff were so friendly and ensured you had everything you needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The room was quiet and clean. The bathrobes provided to visit the hot tub were an added bonus. Definitely going to make this hotel a priority for our next stay in Banff.
