I was traveling from the lower mainland to central Alberta and needed to stop part way as it was too long to drive while I was recovering from a surgery. The service was amazing as they helped unload my luggage from my car upon arrival and reload the next morning due to my recovery conditions. Highly recommend

レンタカー旅行の途中で寄りました。
バスタブがついていて、足を伸ばしてお風呂に入ることができます。
ゆったりとスペースの取れた部屋、フレンドリーなフロントスタッフ、4000円を切るリーズナブルな価格と大変満足して、目的地までの行きと帰りに2度利用しました。おすすめです。

Room felt neglected. No TV. Staff person worked very hard to fix issue. Eventually we had a working TV. Asked for more towels which never came. Drain in bathtub flooded. Did not feel comfortable the entire stay. Good coffee from little cafe on site. Will not stay at Canada’s Best Value in future.

The room was quite disappointing. It was cold, outdated, and unclean, and did not resemble the images provided. Furthermore, the toilet had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests' departure.

Parking is self reliance. The staff dont look friendly . While bookinh from Exepedia, it showed breakfast,but the hotel staff denied and did not provide breakfast.
Not fit to stay with family and young kids.

The room was in need of fixing the sloppy finishing work from painting to caulking. It was basically clean enough but towels were missing when we arrived. There was some false advertising about included breakfast which they first wanted to not deal with, but then arranged a free breakfast elsewhere, which was just fine, but we had to drive several blocks. The cost of the room sort of reflected the appearances. There was noise outside very early in the morning - though this may be related to guests and not the running of the motel.

Was not able to have the room that i booked when checking in in the Thursday ev
evening. Was no toilet paper in the room, dirt build up in the corners of the bathroom, no sugar or coffee mate for coffee. Was not till Saturday at 230 pm that housekeeping came and knocked in the door asking if i needed anything.

The room was filthy. The bathtub was covered in dirt. The doors and walls were pretty much black from handprints. There was garbage behind the bed… the staff were nice during check in.

Ceiling had water stains from leaks above, cigarette burn stains on the Lino and tub surround, failing caulking at the tub, no garbage can in the bathroom, exposed water lines in the bathroom with 1/4" of dust on them, and the heating unit made noise all night
