for the price, it's a great place to stay the night! we stayed as a place to sleep along our roadtrip to seattle. the room was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location is great for ordering in. the building is definitely a bit older and nothing is perfect, but for the price, it's more than worth it imo!

Do not let the 2-star rating fool you. While the physical property is basic, the hospitality here is absolutely 5-star. The staff treated us like family, went out of their way to help with every request, and kept everything incredibly clean. If you value great service and human connection over luxury amenities, this place is a hidden gem. Safe, clean, and central place to sleep. The location is unbeatable for the price. Its a small business owned and operated by Priyanka and Family she took the time to know me and was happy to accommodate our needs.

Just stayed for a quick over night, it was relatively clean, the room was actually quite warm which was nice, bed and pillows was comfy

Sleep in your car before you stay here. Front desk was rude. The room was filthy. There were bugs crawling around the coffee maker (that didn’t work) and during the night I heard rodents in the walls. Nothing worked in the room. The phone, the TV, nothing. The room was advertised as a kitchenette but there were no plates, cutlery, or pots and pans (even though one would be crazy to try and cook in that room).
I cannot believe that a place like this would still be in business. Beware - you’ve been warned.

Room was really dirty . There was dust on floor everywhere like they never sweep also i saw many flies. Apart from this ,smell-in room was
horrible , it was like someone has been smoking from long time as on door of room was written non smoking room. I couldn’t sleep all night due to that smell . When we arrived, staff member at front counter was not able to find the name and when finally he got he said they couldn’t see the reservation otherwise he would cancel it as it wasn’t prepaid which was bit unprofessional he just gave us room because we were there it makes us very uncomfortable. Moreover there was kitchen included but no utensils and microwave . There was only one table lamp in room no other light . Stay was really uncomfortable and suffocating. Please don’t suggest such property in future . Which make our vocation unhappy

Stay away! Sooo dirty. Showing front desk photos was the only way to get a different room. They fear dogs for a pet friendly hotel. Parking lot is ridiculous. No chairs outside. Sketchy area.

This was an inexpensive room and we found out why. Shoddy furniture, drapes that didn't fit, not as clean as it should be. Only good thing was the café on the premises. We won't stay at this chain again

Nice clean hotel, staff could've been more helpful with regards to travelling downtown. and getting access to food stores. As far as I could tell, there are no food stores or takeaways locally, it would've been helpful to know where to go. Reception seemed empty a lot. Also as I did not have a car, I depended to local buses which was a bit confusing. There is a cafe on site, with an open sign but it was closed and may have been for some time which was disappointing. Reception were able to book me a taxi though. About 2 km from Downdown so transport is essential.

I enjoyed nothing about our experience. Everything was on updated and if not an updated non-functional. We were unsecure about our feet because the floors were cracked and broken. We did our best to sleep as best we could/ that's where clean. I'll write a comment later to see if any of my extremities were bitten.

No way to block light coming in to room from top of the door window. Even requested staff to turn off light outside but they did not. One bed was extremely squeaky.

We left after seeing the room.
Asked if there were any other rooms we could look at and told they were sold out.
Decided to go to the super eight
When I told them we were leaving the lady said “let me look if there is another room”
I said sorry we already booked something else.
