I was traveling from the lower mainland to central Alberta and needed to stop part way as it was too long to drive while I was recovering from a surgery. The service was amazing as they helped unload my luggage from my car upon arrival and reload the next morning due to my recovery conditions. Highly recommend

We initially had a heating problem in the first room so they gave us a new room. Then the tv wouldn’t work properly so they came and fixed but we could only get one channel, PBS. Toilet seat was broken. The room was clean but old and tired looking. Needs totally renovated. Noisey from upstairs and outside. Staff were friendly and tried their best. Bed was clean and comfortable.

The room was quite disappointing. It was cold, outdated, and unclean, and did not resemble the images provided. Furthermore, the toilet had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests' departure.

Ceiling had water stains from leaks above, cigarette burn stains on the Lino and tub surround, failing caulking at the tub, no garbage can in the bathroom, exposed water lines in the bathroom with 1/4" of dust on them, and the heating unit made noise all night
