I was traveling from the lower mainland to central Alberta and needed to stop part way as it was too long to drive while I was recovering from a surgery. The service was amazing as they helped unload my luggage from my car upon arrival and reload the next morning due to my recovery conditions. Highly recommend

We were happy to have a roof over our heads for the trip. The cleanliness needs a bit of work - the ceiling vent in the bathroom was so dusty it looked like a furry animal was sticking out. On the plus, the room was cleaned every day and the staff was very helpful when my partner locked his key in the room at 6am

Stayed in regular room instead of kitchenette. Room was clean, dated a bit, desk clerk was polite. Window over door let too much light in for sleeping. Brought an extra blanket and used as a bit cool at night, hot showers

The property was clean and quiet, the staff was polite and nice. The only thing that worries me is their request for a credit card when I had already paid through Expedia. They took my card information, including the card number and CVC number, which I think is not secure. I personally blocked my card and asked my bank for a new one, which is a waste of my time.
