리셉셔너의 불친절함 때문에 완전히 망했어요. 완전 구석진 외딴 곳에 방을 배정하여 매우 고립되었어요. 다른 방도 많이ㅡ남았는데...

숙소도 깨끗하고 직원들도 친절하고 위치도 괜찮았습니다. 하루지만 다음에 기회가 된다면 다시 예약하고 싶네요.

시애틀에서 자동차를 이용해서 밴프까지 가기위해 중간에 머무르는 숙박이기에 가격위주로 찾아보다가 발견한 Acadian Motor Inn은 가격대비 아주 휼륭합니다. 미국 모텔6와 비슷하다고 보시면 될듯합니다.

깨끗하고 매우 좋았습니다. 가격대비 완전 훌륭한 선택.....캠룹스가 워낙 좁아서 좀 떨어져 있긴해도 고속도로 근처라 이동에 유리했구요. 주변은 그냥 주택가지만 조용하긴 했습니다. 특히 배스제품들이 모두 뉴트로지나 제품이라 너무 좋았구요. 수건등도 깨끗했습니다. 외관은 좀 허술해보였지만 내부는 생각보다 매우 쾌적하고 좋아서 놀랐습니다. 친절한 주인분에게도 감사를...영어로 남기려다가 한글로 후기 남깁니다.

i don't remember much of this hotel except the fact that the hotel provides free wifi.

We booked a room with a queen bed, but were given a room with 2 beds which was ok except both beds had stained sheets. The bathroom mirror had splashes of dried dirty water. There was no soap, hand towels, face cloths, nor a bath mat. The towels that were provided had been used and were dirty. I found the front desk person pleasant, but unprofessional, and difficult to understand. We were given a new room. It was an improvement. The whole complex run down.

The property does look good in the photos. On arrival, noticed small windows and random people around. Decided to check in anyway. Front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating to requests for first floor rooms ( one of our group has limited mobility). Went to room and on the way noticed broken bicycles, lights etc. went to open the door and noticed the handle was loose. Pretty much like it had been kicked at. Room was dark with only one small upper window and smelled moldy, one light valance was missing, the beds looked “ not so fresh” the mirrors looked like they were wiped with dirt, the bathroom door was broken off the hinge and the bathtub area was black moldy as well as the curtain. I walked out and went to the front desk and said. Sorry… I can’t…. She offered upgraded rooms that faced the road with bigger windows and if that was not good she would refund both of our stays. I looked at 2 “ungraded” rooms. Still couldn’t sleep there. On the way to the upgrade rooms up the stairs we had to part a couple the were actually injecting drugs. My companions waiting at the car to see new rooms noticed other drug related things going on on the property. They were polite and said sorry to us for being on the stairs. I finally said no thank you to staying at all. They said they would refund me, I have seen no refund but would not have stayed… not safe. I don’t blame them for their location. But the owners need to put some money in the rooms and on security to charge what t

Unfortunately the sheets were stained and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. I wanted to give this property a second chance, and unfortunately once again, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Dirt, debris, and smears.

Arrived at this hotel and they couldn’t even let me into the room and so I had to rebook elsewhere. They are trying to avoid my reimbursement due to THEIR ERROR. Horrible horrible

Arrived to be told the key coding machine for the door key cards was broken so I had been transfered to a hotel 5 minutes away. I went to the other hotel to find they had no idea who I was. They found a room and as I was paying the security deposit I asked if the room matched the room I had paid for, they said no it has one less bed. I was traveling with 2 friends and had booked accordingly based on having 3 beds. I was then told to call the first hotel to complain. When calling I was told sorry we can give you a refund… I had just driven from Vancouver and by this time it was 10.30pm. I said that’s not what I want to happen and asked to speak to a manager. The manager then told me she can open the room with the master key but we can’t come and go…. It’s 10.30pm …. Why was I not given this option in the first place instead of wasting an hour of my time. Very poor service. A refund to compensate would be appreciated.

It's a good motel for the price. Friendly staff. Every thing you need for a night or two.

The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. There was hair and gravel on the floor and the toilet had marks of unclean.

Not a great area. Hobo sleeping on outside stairwell. Also the tv had no channels and needed to be programmed each time it was used. Also the heater did not work. Staff brought up a portable one but still had one cold night before i realized this and one night without tv. Should get a partial refund due to these two issues.

I appreciated the staff for being so accommodating, after I arrived just before midnight at the end of a long day of driving. The room was also very comfy for such an affordable price.

Didn't like the floors weren't vacuumed. There was a sock from someone before under first bed which had a round stain on comforter which looked to be blood. Room was very dated. Walls were a bit dirty with marks which looked to be blood.

I I didn’t like tilt lid wouldn’t stay on at times and no shampoo little things like that also when I went to pay their machine wouldn’t let me pay my bill with a debit card only with my master card or visa which I didn’t want to do but had no choice plus I am 80 years old and have trouble with stairs and I had a hard time getting up the 2 or 3 cement stairs to the office as no railing to help the lay out is not all that great

Excellent and accomodating staff, very professional and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay.

The place was pretty decent nice clean bed some of the doors were a little dirty but not too bad. Its also a 21 dollar per pet fee that is not listed on the website. Also it had a balcony but it was inaccessible?? The restaurant there had amazing breakfast though.
