Parking was easy and the restaurant had a great menu for the new year party.

Mal propre Spa non chauff

The staff were very courteous and the room was clean. However, there was no shampoo or conditioner provided at the property

Staff is friendly. Pool was nice.

Very old, no salt in driveway eventhough there was hail

Remote control of TV didn't work properly, we couldn't control the volume and had to stand up to change it all the time. Also there's no the option to control heating inside thr room. Was too hot and generator worked too loud. One of us couldn't sleep the whole night.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour et avons profité des services de massage, du bain à remous ainsi que du feu de foyer dans notre chambre.

Room spotless. Nice pool & dinner. Wasn't t brave enough to step out into the snow to try out the sauna.

Chambre correcte et propre

Very clean hotel and room, access to dry Sauna and several hot pools. Staff was really welcoming and available without pushing to much. Same good experience with the restaurant in the Hotel. Excellent service and food!😍

Although the staff was nice, the rest was not so good. We got there on Tuesday night, we declined room service as we stated we had only gotten there past 8:30pm therefore, we didn't need room service. And we never were offered room service before we left on Friday at 11:30am. We expected room service on Thursday, but by 4pm, we realized it was not going to happen. We had to ask for new towels, take our own trash out to a room in the lobby and we had to take our dirty towels there. We had two rooms and we had to do the same for both rooms. My daughter and hubby had to work remotely and the WIFI stopped working midday and was installe for the rest of our stay. And it was so cold at the hotel restaurant that we had to rush to eat so we did not catch a cold. Other guests were complaining. They were using space heaters but it was not enough. It is sad as it is a really nice place.

Clean room ,staff very kind, parking was easy , breakfast was good. Massage was excellent. Only 1 problem i was on 3th and no hot water to take a shower.

Chambre propre,

La personne a la réception etais tres bête. J’ai payer cette chambre avec un foyer la dame à refuser de l’allumer car nous somme arriver à 10;04 nul part dans la réservation setais mentionner seulement d’arriver avant 23hrs. Avoir su je n’aurais pas réserver dans votre hôtel

Les dames a l'accueil le vendredi 28 novembre étaient vraiment bête,on ce sentait de trop comme si on était pas les bienvenus.pas le droit plus que 15min au spa,plus de bain tourbillon a partir de 11h. Ce pendant le restaurant est délicieux service rapide et courtois
